Briefly: Following the announcement of some great-sounding SDCC events, Fox has just debuted a short new teaser for Gotham.

The teaser really plays off the prequel aspect of the series, and ends with the tagline ‘The Good, The Evil, The Beginning’. It’s a short video that reveals absolutely nothing about the series, but we’re sure excited to see more.

SDCC goers will have the opportunity to see the pilot (along with The Flash pilot and exclusive Constantine footage) on Saturday, July 26th. The rest of us (you, rather, as I’ll be at SDCC again), will have to wait until September 22nd at 8PM (right before Sleepy Hollow‘s second season premiere).

Take a look at the new teaser below, and let us know what you think!

Briefly: Marvel is already having a great year, but they’re not even close to being done with us (or our wallets) yet. Sure, we’ve got the fantastic-looking Guardians of the Galaxy hitting theatres this August, but Marvel and Disney have also teamed up to create the first Marvel animated feature from Disney: Big Hero 6.

The film is “an action comedy adventure about brilliant robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who finds himself in the grips of a criminal plot that threatens to destroy the fast-paced, high-tech city of San Fransokyo. With the help of his closest companion—a robot named Baymax—Hiro joins forces with a reluctant team of first-time crime fighters on a mission to save their city. Inspired by the Marvel comics of the same name, and featuring comic-book style action and all the heart and humor audiences expect from Walt Disney Animation Studios, the CG-animated “Big Hero 6″ hits theaters in 3D on November 7, 2014.”

Today, Disney debuted a new trailer for the anticipated film. You can take a look at the video below, and be sure to let us know what you think!

Briefly: This is damn cool.

While we may never see the most powerful heroes and villains from Marvel and DC face off against each other on film, television or in the comics, it has happened 4 times already in Super Power Beat Down. DC currently has the upper hand having won 3 of 4 against its Marvel counterparts. Superman got the best of Thor while Nightwing took down Gambit and Batman overpowered Deadpool. Marvel’s only win was a clash of titans as Wolverine became the first competitor to win twice in bringing Batman to his knees – marking the only time a DC character has lost. Marvel, meanwhile is just 3-3 in the series.

Today, in the 12th episode of this popular series, Marvel has another chance as the two biggest gun-toting vigilantes in their respective universes will go head-to-head in a deadly brawl – Red Hood vs. Punisher.

Who do you think will win? Take a look at the video below and find out!

Briefly: Telltale has just debuted the very first screenshots for the next episode of The Walking Dead: Season 2, titled Amid the Ruins.

We still don’t know just when we’ll be able to play the episode, but Telltale typically doesn’t talk about or release anything from an chapter until they’re almost ready to release it, so I’d look out for another update soon.

Take a look at the new screens below, and let us know what you’ve thought of the season so far!

Officially revealed with a teaser trailer back in March, Ubisoft today debuted a cool new gameplay trailer for Assassin’s Creed Unity.

Here’s what Ubisoft says about the title:

Assassin’s Creed Unity reinvents the franchise, starting with the core gameplay pillars that have defined the series from the beginning: navigation, stealth and combat. Players will carve their way through a stunning, full-scale open-world Paris, thanks to the power of the new Anvil engine, rebuilt from the ground up for new generation consoles. Assassin’s Creed Unity gives players full control parkour mechanics, a reinvented fighting system for a richer combat experience, a new stealth mode, cover system and crowd manipulation techniques. Players can channel their inner Assassin, customizing weapons, equipment, outfits and specialized skills to match their play style.

In addition to the sprawling single-player campaign, players can join with up to three friends and take part in story-driven online co-op missions designed specifically for Assassins to play together. Skills and unique gear acquired in the single-player missions will be accessible in co-op and will define a player’s personalized Assassin’s style, whether emphasizing brute force, agility or stealth. Players also will select a unique co-op skill that will help the team survive, evade or fight more effectively to the benefit of the team.

It’s been quite some time since I’ve played an Assassin’s Creed title, but I cannot wait to check out Unity, and especially its co-op multiplay, as it looks like it’s exactly what I imagined when the first game released. Take a look at the new trailer below, and let us know what you think!

Assassin’s Creed Unity hits PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 28th.

Briefly: Fox is pushing Gotham hard at this year’s San Diego Comic Con, and I’m really looking forward to check out everything that they have planned.

The first (and probably more exciting) event is a 130 foot long and 30 foot high that will run between the convention center and the Hilton Bayfront Hotel. Here are the details:

GOTHAM” – ZIP LINE

Follow fox.com/comiccon2014 to find out when GOTHAM producers and cast, including stars Ben McKenzie and Donal Logue, will be making appearances at the experience.

Next up, getting around the San Diego area and Gaslamp District can get expensive (I figured that out via a pricey pedicab ride last year), but Fox and Gotham have got you covered on that front too. Here are the details on the Gotham Uber cars:

“GOTHAM” UBER POLICE CARS

Briefly: I feel like I’ve been waiting for a game like this forever, and as an iOS user, now I can finally play it.

Ingress “transforms the real world into the landscape for a global game of mystery, intrigue, and competition.” You start the game, choose from one of two factions (the Enlightened or the Resistance), and you head off into the real world to discover Portals to hack and defend, items to use agains your enemies, and much more. Yep, this game will get you walking.

This video actually gives a really great representation of the game:

Now, I live in a small city, so it’s not the most action packed area to be playing in, but I spent about 45 minutes with the title, walked a few kilometres, captured my first portal from the resistance, and had a blast.

Android users are probably already playing, but iOS users, you need to give this a download. I could see myself getting really addicted to this one.

Today, Disney revealed the full voice cast for the anticipated feature. You can take a look at new images of the film’s characters below, and find out who’s playing who!

Hiro

Hiro Hamada (Voiced by Ryan Potter): Robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada has the mind of a genius-and the heart of a 14-year-old: his state-of-the-art battle-bots dominate the underground bot fights held in the dark corners of San Fransokyo. Fortunately, big brother Tadashi redirects Hiro’s brilliance, inspiring him to put his brain to the test in a quest to gain admission to the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology. When a tragic event changes everything, Hiro turns to a robot named Baymax, and they form an unbreakable bond-and two-sixths of a band of high-tech heroes on a very important mission.

Baymax

Baymax (Voiced by Scott Adsit): Baymax cares. That’s what he was designed to do. The plus-sized inflatable robot’s job title is technically Healthcare Companion: With a simple scan, Baymax can detect vital stats, and, given a patient’s level of pain, can treat nearly any ailment. Conceived and built by Tadashi Hamada, Baymax just might revolutionize the healthcare industry. But to the inventor’s kid brother Hiro, the nurturing, guileless bot turns out to be more than what he was built for-he’s a hero, and quite possibly Hiro’s closest friend. And after some deft reprogramming that includes a rocket fist, super strength and rocket thrusters that allow him to fly, Baymax becomes one of the Big Hero 6.

Fred

Fred (Voiced by T.J. Miller): Fanboy Fred comes off like a laid-back dude with no direction. But this sign-twirling, monster-loving, comic-book aficionado is sure to go places-when he’s good and ready. For example, Fred doesn’t hesitate to join “Big Hero 6,” and he has a lot of ideas for his super-hero skillset, too. His ferocious, fire-breathing alter ego comes complete with claws, integrated communications and a super bounce. But his sign-spinning may still come in handy.

GoGoTomago

Go Go Tomago (Voiced by Jamie Chung): Aptly named Go Go Tomago knows what it takes to be fast. She’s tough, athletic and loyal to the bone, but not much of a conversationalist. Popping bubble gum and delivering well-placed sarcasm are totally her speed. The daredevil adrenaline junkie is at her best on wheels, and when Go Go joins forces with Big Hero 6, she rolls like never before, using maglev discs as wheels, shields and throwing weapons.

Wasabi

Wasabi (Voiced by Damon Wayans Jr.): Wasabi is committed to precision. He’s super smart and just a touch neurotic, but the big and burly beatnik can’t help but join the cause when Hiro needs him most. As part of “Big Hero 6,” Wasabi amplifies his martial arts skills with jaw-dropping plasma blade weaponry. Sharp doesn’t even begin to describe this guy.

Briefly: FX always puts together a myriad of insanely creepy teasers for each season of American Horror Story, and it looks as though this year won’t be any different. The network has debuted the first short video for Freakshow, entitled ‘Fallen Angel’.

As always, it’s creepy as hell and a great, great tease, and we can’t wait to see what comes next.

As revealed by EW back in MarchFreakshow is ”Set in Jupiter, Florida, in 1950″ and “finds Jessica Lange playing a German ex-pat who is managing one of the last freak shows in the U.S.”

Take a look at the ‘Fallen Angel’ teaser below, and let us know what you think! American Horror Story: Freakshow premieres this October!

Briefly: The series was recently delayed (and also renewed), and AMC has just let loose some new details about the anticipated Better Call Saul.

The network has announced the series regulars that will join Bob Odenkirk’s Saul, and they are Jonathan Banks (Breaking Bad,Wiseguy) as “fixer” Mike Erhmantraut, McKean (This is Spinal Tap) as Chuck, Rhea Seehorn (Franklin & Bash,House of Lies) as Kim, Patrick Fabian (Big LoveGrey’s Anatomy) as Hamlin and Michael Mando (Orphan Black,The Killing) as Nacho – characters that will represent both legitimate and illegitimate sides of the law.

Rumours led us to believe that the series would take place before, during, and after the events of Breaking Bad, but AMC’s just announced plot details sure don’t sound like that’s the case:

Better Call Saul is the prequel to the award-winning series Breaking Bad.  Gilligan and Breaking Bad writer and producer Peter Gould created the show together and serve as co-showrunners of the premiere season.  The series is set six years before Saul Goodman (Odenkirk) meets Walter White.  When we meet him, the man who will become Saul Goodman is known as Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer searching for his destiny, and, more immediately, hustling to make ends meet.  Working alongside, and, often, against Jimmy, is “fixer” Mike Erhmantraut (Banks), a beloved character introduced in Breaking Bad.  The series will track Jimmy’s transformation into Saul Goodman, the man who puts “criminal” in “criminal lawyer.”  The series’ tone is dramatic, woven through with dark humor.

Two new photos from Better Call Saul have also been released, so check them out below, and be sure to let us know if you’re looking forward to the series!

A few months back we launched our new YouTube channel, GeekscapeTV.

In that time, we’ve come out with some pretty stellar content, including Paul London: Hero of the Prophecy, Lou Ferrigno Playing Flappy Bird, Jonathan’s Award Winning Gay By Dawn (now in HD), Stan Lee Talking Marvel vs. DC, Shane O’Hare talkin’ cosplay, S.A.M. telling us about freedom, and much much more.

Last week, we hit 1000 subscribers. Our YouTube partners over at Fullscreen invited us to their offices to celebrate… or so we thought. Here’s what happened:

Yes, we have really been around that long, and we’re so thankful for all of your support over the years!

Briefly: Gotham got an awesome new TV spot just yesterday, and today the network announced just when we’ll be able to see the pilot.

Are you looking forward to the series? Any worries? Be sure to let us know in the comments below!

Briefly: First announced back in April of 2013, a new trailer for the adaptation of Sony and Ninja Theory’s Heavenly Sword has just debuted online.

This animated adaptation is coming from Blockade Entertainment, and Anna Torv is set to return as Nariko. I never actually got a chance to play Heavenly Sword, but this adaptation definitely looks like something I’d check out.

Heavenly Sword is a dramatic tale of revenge that sees Nariko, a fiery red-haired heroine, embark on a quest for vengeance against the invading King Bohan and his army. Once considered the failure of a legendary prophesy, Nariko must wield a sword that was ultimately meant for another. This ancient Heavenly Sword, once belonging to a powerful deity, can never be wielded by a mortal without it slowly but inevitably killing them. For Nariko it is a race against time to avenge her clan before her life is irreparably overtaken by the omnipotent Heavenly Sword.

Check out the new trailer for the film below (via IGN), and let us know what you think!

Briefly: The cast of CW’s The Flash has just added another.

Robbie Amell, The Tomorrow People star and cousin of Arrow‘s Stephen Amell, has landed a recurring role on sister series The Flash.

He’ll play Ronnie Raymond/Firestorm, “a maintenance worker at S.T.A.R. Labs and Dr. Caitlin Snow’s fiancé who plays an integral part in the particle accelerator accident that transforms Barry Allen into The Flash.”

What do you think of the casting choice? Is there anyone else you’d rather see in the role? Have you already seen the pilot? Sound out below!

Briefly: A new teaser for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Parthas just hit the web.

The teaser states that “Never have we been more unified as a nation. The Capitol and the districts are bound together in solidarity, striving to forge a stronger future. To commemorate this resolve, the Capitol mandates your viewing of President Snow’s Second Panem Address: “Unity.”

It doesn’t deliver exactly the message that Snow wants it to, as before too long, Jeffrey Wright’s Beetee takes over the transmission.

As disappointed as I was in the first film in the series, I loved every second of last year’s Catching Fire.As such, I can’t wait to see where this story goes. I haven’t read the series, but I’m really looking forward to seeing where things are going (and that love triangle, oh man).

Take a look at the video below, and let us know what you think. Part one of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire hits theatres on November 21st!

Briefly: Gotham just got a new TV spot, and I think that it may be the best one yet.

It’s called ‘Hero’ and clocks in at just 30 seconds, but it opens with the haunting footage of Thomas and Martha Wayne being murdered before focussing on the budding Jim Gordon / Bruce Wayne relationship.

I can’t wait for the series to premiere, and I’m really looking forward to see what Gotham brings to SDCC (and to try out that zipline event)!

Everyone knows the name Commissioner Gordon. He is one of the crime world’s greatest foes, a man whose reputation is synonymous with law and order. But what is known of Gordon’s story and his rise from rookie detective to Police Commissioner? What did it take to navigate the multiple layers of corruption that secretly ruled Gotham City, the spawning ground of the world’s most iconic villains? And what circumstances created them – the larger-than-life personas who would become Catwoman, The Penguin, The Riddler, Two-Face and The Joker?

“Gotham” is an origin story of the great DC Comics super villains and vigilantes, revealing an entirely new chapter that has never been told. From executive producer/writer Bruno Heller (“The Mentalist,” “Rome”), “Gotham” follows one cop’s rise through a dangerously corrupt city teetering on the edge of evil and chronicles the birth of one of the most popular super heroes of our time.

Growing up in Gotham City’s surrounding suburbs, James Gordon (Ben McKenzie, “Southland,” “The O.C.”) romanticized the city as a glamorous and exciting metropolis where his late father once served as a successful district attorney. Now, two weeks into his new job as a Gotham City detective and engaged to his beloved fiancée, Barbara Kean (Erin Richards, Open Grave, “Breaking In”), Gordon is living his dream – even as he hopes to restore the city back to the pure version he remembers it was as a kid.

Brave, honest and ready to prove himself, the newly-minted detective is partnered with the brash, but shrewd police legend Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue, “Sons of Anarchy,” “Terriers,” “Vikings,” “Copper”), as the two stumble upon the city’s highest-profile case ever: the murder of local billionaires Thomas and Martha Wayne. At the scene of the crime, Gordon meets the sole survivor: the Waynes’ hauntingly intense 12-year-old son, Bruce (David Mazouz, “Touch”), toward whom the young detective feels an inexplicable kinship. Moved by the boy’s profound loss, Gordon vows to catch the killer.

As he navigates the often-underhanded politics of Gotham’s criminal justice system, Gordon will confront imposing gang boss Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith, The Matrix films, “HawthoRNe,” Collateral), and many of the characters who will become some of fiction’s most renowned, enduring villains, including a teenaged Selina Kyle/the future Catwoman (acting newcomer Camren Bicondova) and Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor, “The Walking Dead,” Another Earth).

Although the crime drama will follow Gordon’s turbulent and singular rise through the Gotham City police department, led by Police Captain Sarah Essen (Zabryna Guevara, “Burn Notice”), it also will focus on the unlikely friendship Gordon forms with the young heir to the Wayne fortune, who is being raised by his unflappable butler, Alfred (Sean Pertwee, “Camelot,” “Elementary”). It is a friendship that will last them all of their lives, playing a crucial role in helping the young boy eventually become the crusader he’s destined to be.

Briefly: Sony dedicated an exorbitant amount of time to the announcement of Powers at their E3 Press Conference, and the series has just found its first director.

30 Days of Night, and more recently Breaking Bad and Hannibal director David Slade has signed on to helm the first two episodes of the anticipated series. Those scripts come from The Smoking Gun Presents: World’s Dumbest writer Charlie Huston.

Deadline states that “Powers is set in a world full of people with superhuman abilities and where all of those powers are just another catalyst for mayhem and murder. It follows the lives of two homicide detectives, Christian Walker and Deena Pilgrim, who are assigned to protect humans like us and investigate cases involving people with superhuman abilities, referred to as Powers who glide through the sky on lightning bolts and fire and who clash above cities in epic battle, oblivious to the mortals below.”

I’m not overly familiar with the series myself, but it’s got a pretty stellar creative team coming together, so I’m definitely looking forward to checking it out.

Are you looking forward to Powers? Who would you like to see in starring roles? Sound out below!

In the sequel, “a freak weather system turns its deadly fury on New York City, unleashing a Sharknado on the population and its most cherished, iconic sites – and only Fin (Ian Ziering) and April (Tara Reid) can save the Big Apple. Vivica A. Fox, Judd Hirsch and Mark McGrath also star.”

Sharknado 2: The Second One will premiere on Syfy on July 30th. The first film (and the newly announced sequel) had a huge presence at last year’s San Diego Comic Con, so it’ll certainly be interesting to see what the network has planned for this year’s convention!

Take a look at the trailer below, and let us know if you’re excited! If you’re looking for more Sharknado, check out Geekscape #299, featuring Sharknado screenwriter Thunder Levin.

Briefly: The next game from Borderlands creator Gearbox Software has just been revealed, and it looks pretty freaking cool.

It’s called Battleborn, and it’s self-described as:

Battleborn is a next-gen hero-shooter brought to you by the creators of the award-winning and best-selling Borderlands franchise. In Battleborn’s distant future, the only hope for the last star in a dying universe is a new breed of warriors, who must put aside their differences to drive back an unstoppable menace. Choose from a myriad of powerful heroes and fight together alongside your friends in an intense co-operative campaign, or battle against them in fast-paced competitive multiplayer matches.

So Borderlands with a different plot? Except the art style is way different, and unlike Borderlands, it’s coming to Xbox One and PS4, and instead of four-player co-op, it’s five.

Take a look at the announcement trailer for the game below, and be sure to let us know if you’ll be looking further into this one. Battleborn will release in 2015.

With just sixteen days to go until preview night, San Diego Comic Con 2014 is fast approaching!

Briefly: Destiny made quite the show at this year’s E3, and the Alpha that followed was even better (I barely slept for the entire weekend).

Today’s Bungie Day (a self-proclaimed holiday due to the developer’s obsession with the number 7) brought on a plethora of new details about the game, including just when we’ll get some time to play again, as well as info on the sure-to-be-sought-after collector’s and Ghost editions.

First up, the Beta. Playstation 3 and 4 owners will get the first taste from July 17th to 20th. Things will go dark on the 21st and 22nd, but when the Beta returns on July 23rd, Xbox 360 and Xbox one owners will also be able to join in on the fun. The Beta will end for everyone on Sunday, July 27th, which will probably be our last taste of Destiny until its official launch. Here’s a nice Bungie-created infographic to break things down for you:

Looks like I won’t be earning that emblem; I’ll be in California for SDCC, so I’ll be missing out on the entire Beta (and I’m not even upset about it).

The developer also detailed the Limited Edition and Collector’s “Ghost” Edition of the game. Here are the details, straight from Bungie.net.

Briefly: Brandon Routh never got a second try at Superman, but that doesn’t mean he’s finished in the DC Universe.

The Superman Returns actor has just landed a 14-episode arc on The CW’s Arrow. He’ll play Atom, who can shrink himself down to subatomic size (I thought Arrow wasn’t going to have any super-powered characters, but this’ll be the second?).

The character will also act as a love interest for Felicity. Further details haven’t been revealed at this point, but I’m sure we’ll hear more as San Diego Comic-Con approaches.

Are you down for Routh as Atom? Is there another actor you’d rather have seen in the role? Sound out below!

Briefly: The second trailer for David Fincher’s upcoming drama, Gone Girl has just hit the internet, and it’s gorgeous, gripping, and looks to be an absolutely heartwrenching feature. The film is based on the 2012 bestseller by Gillian Flynn. Here’s the synopsis:

On the occasion of his fifth wedding anniversary, Nick Dunne (Ben Affleck) reports that his beautiful wife, Amy (Rosamund Pike), has gone missing. Under pressure from the police and a growing media frenzy, Nick’s portrait of a blissful union begins to crumble. Soon his lies, deceits and strange behavior have everyone asking the same dark question: Did Nick Dunne kill his wife?

Being a Fincher flick, I’m sure we’ll be frequently questioning the innocence/guilt of Nick Dunne (though book readers will already know the outcome, of course). I feel like avoiding the novel until I can see the feature just so everything can remain a surprise!

In any case, take a look at the new trailer below, and let us know what you think! Gone Girl hits theatres on October 3rd!

Briefly: The behind-the-scenes videos have been great, but it’s the first clip from The Walking Dead‘s fifth season that has us really wanting the series to return now.

There are only three survivors not being held captive in a traincar (aside from Beth of course, but who knows where she is), and it’s this trio that we’re focussed on in the clip. Carol, Tyreese, and Judith are absolutely surrounded by walkers, though based on the dialogue it almost seems like they’re trying to be.

It doesn’t reveal much (if anything), but I really can’t wait to see more. Take a look at the clip below, and let us know what you think!

Briefly: The already expansive cast of J.J. Abrams Star Wars: Episode VII has just added two more.

Following the addition of 12 Years A Slave star Lupita Nyong’o and Game of Thrones star Gwendoline Christie a few weeks back, Disney has announced that newcomers Crystal Clarke and Pip Andersen have joined the project in unspecified roles.

Here’s the announcement:

At the end of last year Lucasfilm and Disney invited all young aspiring actors to attend an open casting call for roles in J.J Abrams’ Star Wars: Episode VII. The casting calls spanned 11 cities across the US and UK and over 37,000 hopefuls attended, with a further 30,000 submitting applications online.

Having hunted high and low for young and undiscovered talent, the filmmakers are delighted to announce that two actors from the open call call have been cast.

Crystal Clarke is an American actress studying in Glasgow, UK, who has both stage and screen acting experience and is soon to be seen in her first feature,The Moon and the Sun (to be released in 2015). British actor Pip Andersen is a skilled practitioner of parkour, a discipline that involves propelling oneself through any given environment with incredible grace and agility. Pip recently demonstrated this remarkable skill in a Spider-Man ad for Sony.

“The Star Wars universe has always been about discovering and nurturing young talent and in casting Episode VII we wanted to remain absolutely faithful to this tradition. We are delighted that so many travelled to see us at the open casting calls and that we have been able to make Crystal and Pip a part of the film,” said producer and Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy.

Meanwhile, principal photography continues at Pinewood Studios in London after wrapping on location in Abu Dhabi in May.

In August, the team will take a brief two-week hiatus while adjustments to the current production schedule are made as actor Harrison Ford recovers from a leg injury. Harrison is doing well and is looking forward to returning to the set soon. Shooting remains on track to wrap in the fall with the film scheduled for release on December 18, 2015.

Are you looking forward to the film? What do you think of the new additions? Sound out below!

We played a lot of games at this year’s E3, but there’s an insanely quirky twin-stick shooter that kept us coming back over and over (and over) again.

It’s called Assault Android Cactus. The game describes itself as a “twin stick shoot ’em up with an emphasis on high pressure and stylish action. Expect screens full of enemies, buckets of bullets and high scoring combo chains”, and you can check out the demo on Steam yourself to see just how frantic it is.

Assault Android Cactus is an Early Access title that should have its full Mac/Linux/PC release in the next few months. Once those versions are completed, its developer Witch Beam will be bringing the game over to PS4, Vita, and the once consumer ignored and now beloved Wii U.

Witch Beam was kind enough to offer us a giveaway Steam Key for the game, so take a look at the trailer below and read on to learn how you could win!

So entry is pretty simple, just:

– Like Geekscape on Facebook
– Share this photo on your Facebook wall, and be sure to comment, letting us know what E3 title has you most excited.

Easy, huh? We’ll pick a winner this Saturday!

Briefly: A leaked pilot episode hasn’t stopped The CW from promoting the series premiere of The Flash.

Following an Iris / Barry relationship featurette from a few weeks back and a ‘Detective Pretty Boy’ video from earlier this week, the network has debuted a behind-the-scenes look at the series which gives us a great look into the pilot episode.

Take a look at the video below (if you haven’t seen the pilot of course) and let us know what you think! The Flash premieres on October 7th!

Based upon characters published by DC Comics. Through a freak accident, scientist Barry Allen is given the power of super speed that transforms him into the Fastest Man Alive.
