Geekscape Giveaway: Signed ‘Bob’s Burgers’ Funko Pop!

If you missed the announcement of the epic BoxLunch Funko Pop collaboration of a new Tina Funko Pop you should totally go read about that.

Just to recap, BoxLunch will be donating 11 meals to Feeding America, an organization that works to bring healthy food to 46 million people across America. BoxLunch donates a meal for every $10 spent in their stores and online. Feeding America also supports programs that improve food security, educates the public about the problem of hunger; and advocates for legislation that protects people from going hungry. Individuals, charities, businesses and government all have a role in ending hunger. Feeding America is also working to help those affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria.

No waitress was harmed in the taking of this photo.

Geekscape was lucky enough to receive one of the BoxLunch Tina Funko Pop’s signed by Bob’s Burgers creator, Loren Bouchard, and we’re giving her away to a lucky Geekscapist!

How do you enter? Simply comment on our Geekscape Facebook post with your own burger creation until midnight PST, September 29, 2017. The Geekscape staff will go through and pick their top 3 burgers, and then let the Geekscape community vote on the winner!

Geekscape Giveaway: Win A Fantastic ‘Hitman: Agent 47’ Prize Pack!

‘Scapists, we’re beyond excited to bring you another fantastic giveaway!

This time around, we’ve teamed up with Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment to give away a fantastic prize pack for Hitman: Agent 47, which is now available in a feature-laden Blu-Ray which includes a prequel comic book.

Not only will one winner receive the Hitman: Agent 47 Blu-Ray, they’ll also take home a gorgeous briefcase with a gunmetal finish, featuring an interior cushioned with polyfoam and adjustable dividers, a Hitman: Agent 47 t-shirt, and of course, that classic red Hitman tie.

What a great way to prep for the first episode of the upcoming Hitman game, which will hit consoles on March 11th.

Geekscape Giveaway: Win One Of Five Copies Of ‘Star Wars Rebels: Spark Of Rebellion’

Star Wars Rebels: Spark of Rebellion offered a great start to what looks to be a stellar new chapter in the Star Wars story. Maybe you’d like to relive the magic again and again, or maybe you missed it on Disney XD the first time around.

In any case, we’re giving you a chance to get your hands on your very own copy of the Star Wars: Spark of Rebellion DVD! We’ve got five copies up for grabs in total, so get started by rewatching the movie’s trailer below, and keep on reading to learn how you can win one yourself!

Starring a small band of heroes — Sabine, Kanan, Hera, Ezra, Zeb, and Chopper — Star Wars Rebels is set in a time where the Empire rules through fear and shrouds the galaxy in darkness. This trailer offers many new glimpses at sequences from the show, including the starship Ghost chased by TIE Fighters; young Ezra watching as a Star Destroyer looms overhead; Stormtroopers marching; a zero-g fight between our heroes and Imperials; and Kanan, a secret Jedi, assembling his lightsaber and preparing for battle. It ends, however, with an Imperial officer reporting to the Inquisitor — the Empire’s Jedi hunter, seen and heard here for the first time. Star Wars Rebels takes place between Star Wars: Episode III and IV as the Empire tightens its grip on the galaxy and a rebellion begins to form.

Geekscape Giveaway: Win An ‘Assault Android Cactus’ Steam Key!

We played a lot of games at this year’s E3, but there’s an insanely quirky twin-stick shooter that kept us coming back over and over (and over) again.

It’s called Assault Android Cactus. The game describes itself as a “twin stick shoot ’em up with an emphasis on high pressure and stylish action. Expect screens full of enemies, buckets of bullets and high scoring combo chains”, and you can check out the demo on Steam yourself to see just how frantic it is.

Assault Android Cactus is an Early Access title that should have its full Mac/Linux/PC release in the next few months. Once those versions are completed, its developer Witch Beam will be bringing the game over to PS4, Vita, and the once consumer ignored and now beloved Wii U.

I sure wish that I could enter this contest. Sadly, I don’t think that writers are allowed to partake!

Back at GamesCom, Plantronics announced a pretty incredible new Headset / Mixer system called RIG. Sure, there are plenty of gaming headsets out there these days, but what makes RIG different is its ability to have it connected to multiple devices at the same time.
