Briefly: I’m really not sure how this one slipped past me, but as a huge fan of 2013’s open world zombie survival simulator, State of Decay, I’m damned excited for the sequel.

Microsoft debuted the first trailer for State of Decay 2 at this week’s E3 expo, and while the trailer reveals little in terms of actual details from the game, it clearly showcases just how important it’ll be to bring a few friends along for the ride.

Microsoft notes that “The next installment in the critically acclaimed “State of Decay” franchise immerses you in an all-new, multiplayer zombie survival fantasy. Build a lasting community, working with other players or solo to overcome challenges while exploring your own unique story in a world that remembers the choices you make.”

You can take a look at the trailer for the title below, and be sure to let us know what you think! State of Decay 2 will hit Xbox One and Windows 10 sometime in 2017!

Briefly: Weirdest game of the show? Of course that goes to Kojima Productions.

Hideo officially revealed his first game since last year’s Konami fiasco (fuck them), and it’s potentially one of the oddest, most striking video game trailers of all time. What kind of game is it? What’s it about? What the hell is happening.

So many questions are raised, and 0 questions are answered. But Norman Reedus is in it, and… he has a disappearing baby attached to him?’

Yeah… Maybe just watch the Death Stranding trailer below, and let us know what you make of it.

That trailer music is pretty slick, huh?

Briefly: Whaaaaaat.

Sony’s E3 presentation was full of surprises, and one of the biggest (and most exciting) moments of the night was the reveal of Batman: Arkham VR.

The marketing for Rocksteady’s Arkham series has been telling you that you can ‘Be The Bat’ for what feels like forever now, and now Arkham VR is about as close as any of us will ever get (lucky for you, you even get to keep your parents).

We don’t know much about the title at this point (aside from the fact that it’s coming to Playstation VR this October), but Rocksteady notes that you’ll “Experience Gotham City through the eyes of the World’s Greatest Detective in an all new Arkham mystery.

Think like Batman. Utilise his legendary gadgets in Virtual Reality to unravel a plot that threatens the lives of Batman’s closest allies.”

Yeah, we’re in.

Take a look at the trailer below, and be sure to let us know if you’ll be picking this one up!

Briefly: DONTNOD’s Life is Strange was by and large my favourite video game of 2015.

That said, of course I couldn’t be more excited for their next title, Vampyr; the very first trailer for Vampyr has finally made its way online, and it looks like a bloody good time… and also not like Life is Strange at all.

Take a look below, and see for yourself.

Yeah, I was pretty much expecting a Life is Strange style choose-your-narrative title, and it’s pretty clear that Vampyr is nothing like that. The choices that you make will certainly have an effect on the game’s world however, as DONTNOD notes that “Taking lives in London is not easy. Killing too many in a district may cause its infrastructure to collapse and turn into disarray. Every single life will also have a butterfly effect on the other NPCs surrounding them; a merchant’s wife could be killed and he could decide to close shop and leave town. Every life you take away will have consequences for the city and the people around them: Cursed be the choice!”

Yep, I’m in. Vampyr hits PS4, Xbox One, and PC in 2017.

Vampyr, the new Action-RPG from acclaimed game-development studio Dontnod, explores protagonist Jonathan Reid’s moral plight in the E3 trailer. Set in London, 1918, Vampyr promises to offer a unique and deeply immersive experience with a strong and engaging narrative steeped in vampire mythology. The E3 trailer unveiled today introduces the nightmare your hero must live every day now he has become a real monster.

You play as a veteran of World War I, Doctor Jonathan Reid as he tries to come to terms with his transition, and the hunger that drives him to kill. Vampyr includes a unique level-up system that plays on this narrative conundrum, where huge amounts of experience points can be gained by feeding on innocent people, compared to combat. As a doctor, you must decide how many lives must be sacrificed in order for you to find a cure for this “disease”, the ultimate goal of Jonathan.

Briefly: Haven’t played Skyrim yet? Or just looking to sink another 1000 hours into this endless world? Bethesda tonight revealed that a remastered version of Skyrim will launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One this Fall.

Of course, the game’s graphics and presentation have been starkly improved (just look at that trailer), but the new edition also includes all of the game’s DLC, and will even offer mod support on consoles.

The company also announced that “If you own and all its add-ons or own Legendary Edition on Steam, you’ll get a free upgrade to Skyrim Special Edition on Oct 28.”

Take a look at the trailer below (along with a couple of other announcements), and be sure to let us know if you plan to re-buy this one. As someone who never really got into Skyrim, I’m more than ready to give its expansive universe another shot.

Briefly: Clementine’s sure growing up, isn’t she?

Telltale games has just revealed the first teaser trailer for the third season of its celebrated The Walking Dead video game, and while the teaser reveals very little, it would be hard not to get excited for this one.

Here’s what Telltale had to say about the trailer:

It’s just a brief glimpse, and we’re not yet ready to confirm a whole lot about exactly what it means… but there’s a lot of fodder in there for speculation.

So what CAN we say about this upcoming season? For a start, who’s that guy with Clementine? His name is Javier. Yes, Clem returns and will play a key role, but this is a new story as much as it is a continuation of Seasons One and Two. Players completely new to the Telltale series will be able to jump right in without feeling lost at all, and those familiar with previous seasons will perhaps find some even deeper meaning, as we’ll be working to ensure save file decisions will carry over from the last two games if you’ve played them in the past.

When it comes to Clementine, players’ relationships with her have very much evolved over the course of Seasons One and Two. In Season One, it was all about playing a more paternal role and helping a little girl find her feet and the courage to survive in a world gone to hell. Season Two was about Clementine developing her skills and becoming more independent of the people around her. In this next season, she’s in her early teens, and has grown to be a person who is clearly capable of handling herself – someone very much on the same level as Javier, a fellow survivor who has been through hell, and has managed to remain alive as long as Clem.

Clem has also been through a lot since we left her at the end of Season Two… and depending on the paths players may have taken with her in the past, she may or may not be exactly the same person we knew back then. You’ll play as both Javier and Clementine through the course of the season, but exactly how that works is one of the exciting details we’re not quite yet ready to reveal.

We’re thrilled to be able to share this with you. Stay tuned for more info on this new season as we head towards the premiere this fall!

The first season of Telltale’s The Walking Dead title remains one of my favourite games of all time, and I really cannot wait to get another taste. Take a look at the teaser below, and be sure to let us know what you think!

Briefly: Finally.

At last year’s fantastic The Game Awards. Telltale Games surprised gamers everywhere by announcing a Batman game. At the time, a mysterious trailer was revealed, and that’s basically it. The trailer showed no actual footage, and the game didn’t even have a title at that point.

As you could probably guess, the game is called Batman: The Telltale Series, and ahead of its official reveal at E3 later this week, Telltale has revealed the first screenshots from the title, as well as the game’s principal cast.

Telltale notes that “Telltale’s vision of Batman will feature an award-winning cast of talent, including Troy Baker in the role of Bruce Wayne, Travis Willingham as Harvey Dent, Erin Yvette as Vicki Vale, Enn Reitel as Alfred Pennyworth, Murphy Guyer as Lieutenant James Gordon, Richard McGonagle as Carmine Falcone, and Laura Bailey as Selina Kyle. Additional cast and characters will be revealed as the season progresses.”

The look of the game is described as “a living, breathing comic book,” and it’s pretty easy to see that Batman is likely Telltale’s best looking game thus far:

002_Bruce_Selina

005_Batcave_Batmobile

004_WayneManor

003_Bruce_Batcomputer

The game will debut on home consoles, PC/Mac, and mobile devices, and E3 attendees will get a first look at the game this week.

“We’ve been hard at work at Telltale creating an all-new iteration of the iconic Batman story that puts players in the suit of billionaire Bruce Wayne, just as much as it will put them behind the mask, deciding how to carefully navigate a complex drama, rich with action, crime, corruption, and villainy lurking around every corner of Gotham City,” said Kevin Bruner, Co-Founder and CEO of Telltale Games. “The complex life and fractured psyche of Bruce Wayne has lent itself to becoming a bold evolution of the signature ‘Telltale’ role-playing experience, and we couldn’t be more excited as we prepare to debut the series to players across the world this summer.”

Are you excited for this one? Be sure to let us know in the comments below!

Briefly: Did you know there was an official Call of Cthulhu video game in the works?

Yeah, neither did I.

It’s in the works from Cyanide Studios (Styx: Master of Shadows, Blood Bowl) and will be published by Focus Home Entertainment on PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in 2017.

The game is being marketed as an “RPG-Investigation title, packed with psychological horror and stealth mechanics,” and will bring “to life a disturbing world that players will have to explore and investigate while Cthulhu, the Great Dreamer, prepares its awakening.”

Yeah, it’s definitely on my radar now.

In Call of Cthulhu, players will control Edward Pierce, a former veteran and private investigator in 1920s Boston. Pierce will be investigating the tragic and mysterious death of Sarah Hawkins and her family in Darkwater Island. The game’s E3 Trailer showcases this disturbing Island and the eerie Hawkins Family Mansion, and gives a glimpse at how the intensity of the investigation will slowly start chipping away at your Sanity.

Insanity and the Cthulhu Mythos have long been entwined – as your investigation brings you closer to Cthulhu’s sphere of influence, madness will progressively engulf your senses, leaving you to increasingly question what is real and what is illusory. They say that madness is the only way that can bring you to the truth and you will have to balance your sanity against your determination to discover it!

Take a look at the trailer below, and be sure to let us know what you think!

Briefly: E3 is finally almost here (and hopefully with it more The Last Guardian news), but Geoff Keighley and company are already looking to the future, as Keighley revealed today that The Game Awards will return, this time airing everywhere on December 1st.

Banners for the (fantastic) event are showing up at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Just like last year, you’ll have the ability to stream the show onto essentially any web-connected gaming device, and this year they’ve decided to add an exciting, burgeoning new platform: VR.

Man I wish I could afford some VR equipment.

Also, we sure hope that Kojima gets to attend this year. Are you a fan of The Game Awards? What has been your Game of the Year thus far? Sound out below!

Briefly: Back in April, heavy rumours started surfacing that Sony was planning a new, more powerful version of the PS4 to sell alongside the nearly 3-year old standard version.

It appears that this is a rumour no more, as Sony Interactive Entertainment president Andrew House confirmed the console in an interview with The Financial Times, stating that the console would come with a  higher price tag than the currently-available model, and that “It is intended to sit alongside and complement the standard PS4. We will be selling both [versions] through the life cycle.”

It’s a bit of a disappointment for owners of the existing model, knowing that their console won’t be the most up-to-date version for long, but House notes that we shouldn’t worry, touting that “All games will support the standard PS4 and we anticipate all or a very large majority of games will also support the high-end PS4.”

House went on to let anticipated gamers know that we will not be seeing the unit at next week’s Electronic Entertainment Expo, adding that We want to ensure we have a full range of the best experiences on the new system that we can showcase in their entirety.”

The only thing that I’d like House to answer next? When the hell are we getting The Last Guardian?

Are you planning to pick up the new and improved PS4? Do you think we’ll see much fragmentation with the original unit? Be sure to sound out below!

Briefly: Mid last-month, a leaked Gamestop promotional image revealed the next expansion in store for players of Bungie’s Destiny.

Today, Bungie officially revealed the expansion, titled ‘Rise of Iron’. The new chapter lets players “follow in the footsteps of Lord Saladin in a brand new story that culminates in an epic Raid.”

Rise of Iron will include a new zone filled with new enemies, and even marks the return of the Gjallarhorn, which players have not shut up about since it was first released.

Note that Bungie has only revealed Rise of Iron for Xbox One and Playstation 4, so it looks like players still playing on previous-generation consoles may want to think about an upgrade.

Take a look at the Rise of Iron trailer below, and be sure to let us know if you plan to pick it up!

Briefly: I hated the first Watch Dogs game.

Obviously, that first E3 trailer for the game sold me on it. It looked gorgeous, open, futuristic, with mechanics and opportunities that we’d never seen (or even thought of) in a game before. Watch Dogs was to truly be the first next-gen feeling title for PS4 and Xbox One.

Then Ubisoft released a buggy, ugly, boring Grand Theft Auto clone that I sunk about 10 hours into before realizing that I’d wasted $100.

Watch Dogs became the brunt of a lot of jokes in the early days of the Geekscape Games podcast, and while it’s unlikely that gamers will truly trust Ubisoft’s early looks at any point in the future, the publisher just debuted the very first look at Watch Dogs 2 which is set to take San Francisco (and the world) by storm when it releases on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 15th.

Seriously, I’m not going to be putting down any pre-order dollars on this one, but it sounds as though Ubisoft has certainly learned from the mistakes that they made with the first game, and are ready to fix them this time around. Take a look at the first trailer below, and be sure to let us know what you think!

Briefly: Finally.

We’ve watched (and loved) the first two episodes of Preacher over the past couple of weeks. Obviously, that second episode left us with a lot of questions, one of  being whether or not the series would receive an opening title sequence.

Beginning with this Sunday’s third episode, Preacher will indeed show off an opening credits sequence, and in typical Preacher fashion it looks so gorgeous that you wouldn’t mind watching it over and over and over again.

Take a look at the video below, and be sure to let us know what you think of Preacher thus far!

Briefly: After what seems like forever, Duncan Jones’ Warcraft is finally in theatres this Friday.

A Legendary Entertainment staple at this point, of course the film received its own prequel graphic novel, which is available in hardcover format from today on!

The book focuses on an Azeroth-saving adventure undertaken by a young Llane, Lothar and Medivh, and is set some 30 years before the events of the upcoming film!

In the book, you’ll discover how three of Azeroth’s greatest champions forged their first alliance, as the young and headstrong Llane, Lothar, and Medivh embark on a mission of vengeance that will forge them into heroes… the kind of heroes Azeroth will need in its darkest hour.

You can take a look at a few preview pages for the book below, and be sure to let us know if you plan to pick up a copy yourself!

Briefly: As a huge fan of Final Fantasy titles of year’s past, World of Final Fantasy looks cool as hell.

Square-Enix today debuted a new,  pre-E3 trailer for the game, and also revealed that World of Final Fantasy will launch on PS4 and (even) PS Vita on October 25th, 2016.

In the game, you’ll “Lead a pair of twins, Reynn and Lann, through the land of Grymoire on a search to rediscover their lost memories. Throughout their adventure, players will collect, raise and battle adorable beings of classic FINAL FANTASY lore including the cactuar, chocobo and behemoth to create customizable, strategic tower combinations to take on the most challenging of opponents. ”

That’s right, you’re collecting elements of older Final Fantasy titles, and using it all  to help you on your own adventure. Amazing, right?

Description doesn’t sell it to you? The new trailer certainly will. Take a look at the video below, and be sure to let us know what you think!

Briefly: It’s hard to believe that the next Star Trek feature hits theatres next month, isn’t it?

After a solid (yet seeming divisive) marketing campaign thus far, Paramount today debuted two brand new, slick as hell TV spots for the upcoming film. In Beyond, “the Enterprise crew explores the furthest reaches of uncharted space, where they encounter a mysterious new enemy who puts them and everything the Federation stands for to the test.”

The second spot is especially gorgeous… and also three times as long so it’s bound to be more exciting.

In any case, you can take a look at the videos below, and be sure to let us know if you’ll be lining up for Star Trek Beyond, when it hits theatres on July 22nd!

Briefly: After numerous huge updates earlier this year (like this one and this one), Sony’s Playstation Now cloud gaming service is set for another massive expansion, along with a pretty slick deal for new subscribers.

Sony has revealed that Playstation Now will add 50 new titles tomorrow (50!?), including a slew of 2K gems like Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, The Darkness II, Spec Ops: The Line, and Duke Nukem Forever (okay… that last one is about as far away from a gem as you could get).

Aside from those few titles, the company hasn’t revealed the myriad of games that will hit the service tomorrow. They have, however, revealed a discounted subscription package that should ensure that you never set foot outside this Summer. From tomorrow through July 11th, players in US and Canada can pick up a 3-month Playstation Now subscription for just $29.99, which marks a 33% discount from the subscription’s usual $44.99 price tag.

Yeah, that’s a great deal, isn’t it?

I’m still impossibly far away from grabbing a subscription to Playstation Now, but at this point it’s certainly not for a lack of content. My PS4 and Wii U backlogs continue to grow, and I simply can’t add another generation of missed experiences to that list. In any case, at this point you’re certainly getting your twenty dollars worth with the myriad of titles at your disposal, and Sony often has some pretty great promotions on the service as well. At this point, if you’re looking at dollar per hour of content/fun, Playstation Now would be hard to beat.

Take a look at all of Playstation Now’s 2K titles via the trailer below, and be sure to let us know what you think of the service!

Briefly: Some slick news out of Washington’s AwesomeCon!

I’ve always been a fan of Legendary Comics; both the company’s prequel graphic novels and original tales are typically stellar, and often bring both new and legendary (hah) talent together for books that are often some of the best in recent memory.

Today the company revealed Firebrand: The Initiation Of Natali Presano, from a pretty interesting trio, including Jessica Chobot, The 49th Key writer Erika Lewis, and La Maison Bleue artist Claudia Aguirre is set to to launch later this year, and has a beyond interesting premise:

Natali Presano never fit into her father’s perfectly human world: politically ambitious, he turned his back on her just when she needed him most. Losing her mother to tragedy as a young child, Natali fled the safety of home into the arms of her aunt Selena, the mysterious guardian of a magical order waging a centuries-old war for survival in the mountains of Spain.

Natali, now in her 20s, has followed in her aunt’s footsteps, becoming a powerful but rebellious witch in her own right. Returning to Seattle, she finds herself caught between a cruel modern world and the ancient evil threatening to destroy it.

Few details about the upcoming book have been revealed, but details are still forthcoming, and the book is set to launch later this year.

For now, take a look at the gorgeous preview image for Firebrand: The Initiation Of Natali Presano below, and stay tuned for more information!

Have you been a fan of Legendary Comics’ original series’ so far? Which has been your favourite? Sound out below!

Briefly: Finally, The Rock has confirmed his collaboration with Shane Black!

It’s not a role in the anticipated Predator film as many fans were hoping, but it might be even cooler. Johnson today took to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to reveal that he’d in fact be playing the Man of Bronze himself, Doc Savage.

Here’s the announcement, straight from the man himself:

It’s OFFICIAL: For all comic book fans you already know the world’s first superhero (pre-dating Superman) is the “Man of Bronze” himself Clark “Doc” Savage.

Want to thank my bud director/writer Shane Black and his writing team Anthony Bagarozzi and Chuck Mondry for flying in from LA and sitting with me and our Seven Bucks Productions’s producer Hiram Garcia on this Memorial Day weekend to chop up creative and break story on this very cool project.
Comic book fans around the world know that the cool thing about “Doc” Savage is that he’s the inspiration for Superman. First name Clark, called “Man of Bronze”, retreats to his “Fortress of Solitude” in the Arctic etc etc.

Doc was physically and mentally trained from birth by his father and a team of scientists to become the perfect human specimen with a genius level intellect. His heightened senses are beyond comprehension. He can even identify a women’s perfume from half a mile away. He is literally the master of everything.
But here’s the #1 reason I’m excited to become Doc Savage.. HE’S A F*CKING HILARIOUS WEIRDO!

Confidently, yet innocently he has zero social graces whatsoever due to his upbringing so every interaction he has with someone is direct, odd, often uncomfortable and amazingly hilarious.

After speaking for hours w/ Shane Black I can see why the creator of Superman took only the best parts of Doc Savage and leaving the “weirdo” part behind. But to us, it’s that “weirdo” part that makes Clark “Doc” Savage dope! Can’t wait to sink my teeth into this one of a kind character.
‪#‎ItsOfficial‬ ‪#‎WorldsFirstSuperhero‬ ‪#‎GeniusIntellect‬ ‪#‎PhysicalSpecimen‬ ‪#‎FnLoveableWeirdo‬ ‪#‎DocSavage‬

He sounds excited as hell, doesn’t he?

Are you looking forward to Black’s Doc Savage film? Be sure to let us know in the comments below, and we’ll be sure to share more news as it comes in!

Briefly: X-Men: Apocalypse finally made its way to North American theatres this past weekend, and whether you love or hate the divisive film, it’d be downright impossible to deny just how damned cool Evan Peter’s Quicksilver’s slow-motion scene was this time around.

While I don’t know that I enjoyed his scene in Apocalypse as much as I enjoyed his feature in Days of Future Past, I found myself laughing at just home impressive the scene was, as well as just how absurd the scene was, throughout.

Fox has just debuted a new featurette for the film that shows off just how the scene was created, and it’s definitely worth the watch. Take a look at the video below, and be sure to let us know what you thought of Singer’s latest X-Men film!

Briefly: Following the awesome look at the film from the Super Bowl back in February (which gave us our fantastic first look at Krang and more), and that fantastic ‘final’ trailer, Paramount has just debuted another new look at next month’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. This time around, it’s all about Rocksteady and Bebop.

While the first film had its (long list of) issues, overall I actually enjoyed the film as a whole. In any case, essentially everything that we’ve seen thus far from Out of the Shadows looks so much better than anything that we saw in the first film.

Take a look at the trailer below, and be sure to let us know what you think! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows hits theatres on June 3rd!

WWE’s Sheamus looks pretty hilarious as Rocksteady, doesn’t he?

Briefly: It’s here!

We had a blast with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants In Manhattan when we played the game back in April. and the game has finally released for PS4, Xbox One, Windows, PS3, and Xbox 360.

In the game, you’ll ‘Battle alongside your brothers through the sewers, subways, and streets of NYC to take down Shredder and Krang’s evil organization, Foot by Foot. Unleash custom combat skills and powerful team combos to save Manhattan from the overwhelming dark forces growing in the shadows.’

Single players will be able to actively swap between turtles, and the game also features 4-player online co-op. Naturally, each character features their own moveset, and teaming up with pals will also offer some group-based attacks.

The game was developed by fan-favourite developer Platinum Games, who also crafted beloved titles like Bayonetta, The Legend Of Korra, and The Wonderful 101.

Platinum has just debuted a launch trailer for the title, which introduces Mega Krang, and shows off just how bad-ass the game looks. Take a look at the video below, and be sure to let us know if you’ll be picking the game up!

Briefly: It’s nearly here!

Duncan Jones highly anticipated Warcraft is just over two weeks away from theatres, and Legendary has just debuted a new featurette which digs into the film’s incredible production design.

The featurette shows off the importance of melding visual effects with real locations, and while we don’t know just how good Warcraft will be at this point, it’d be pretty tough to say that the film isn’t gorgeous.

In Warcraft, the peaceful realm of Azeroth stands on the brink of war as its civilization faces a fearsome race of invaders: Orc warriors fleeing their dying home to colonize another. As a portal opens to connect the two worlds, one army faces destruction and the other faces extinction. From opposing sides, two heroes are set on a collision course that will decide the fate of their family, their people and their home.

Take a look at the video below, and be sure to let us know what you think! Warcraft hits theatres on June 10th!

Briefly: I’m still having a hard time believing that Mirror’s Edge is even getting a sequel, and here we are writing about its just-released launch trailer.

Yep, Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst‘s June 7th launch date is fast approaching, and DICE/EA have just debuted the gorgeous launch trailer for the game, which details just a little bit of Faith’s current antics, and introduces us to some of the gorgeous parkour-ready cityscapes that we’ll be running through this time around.

Watch the launch trailer below, and let us know just how ready you are after all these years.

EA Access subscribers get a few bonuses as well. PC and Xbox One owners who subscribe to the fantastic service will have access to a 6-hour trial of the game on June 2nd. Yeah, sorry PS4 owners.

Briefly: Little-known horror gem Among the Sleep released for Windows/OS X all the way back in 2014, and PS4 players got a taste of the terror earlier this year. Now, it’s time for Xbox One owners to finally be scared of the dark once again.

Krillbite Studios revealed today that the long awaited Xbox One version of the unique survival-horror title will hit the console on Friday, June 3rd, and will boast some exclusive pyjamas for the game’s main character.

Among The Sleep is a first-person survival horror game that’s played through the eyes of a toddler. Original as hell already, right? The game is extremely atmospheric, and seeing the world through the eyes and imagination of a human so young (and tiny) makes for a freaky experience like no other.

I loved the title when I played the PS4 version earlier this year, and I’d implore Xbox One owners looking for a totally original horror title to give the game a shot.

You can take a look at a trailer for Among The Sleep below, and let us know if you’re looking forward to this new console version!

Briefly: Another fantastic promotional video from Seth Rogen. You did see that Preacher trailer from last week where he played every character, didn’t you?

Sausage Party tells the story of one sausage setting out on a quest to discover the truth about his existence. After falling out of a shopping cart, our hero sausage and his new friends embark on a perilous journey through the supermarket to get back to their aisles before the Fourth of July sale.

The new promo features little new footage from the hilarious-looking film (you can re-watch the first trailer right here), but does feature Seth Rogen looking like Walt Disney. It’s pretty fantastic.

Take a look at the video below, and be sure to let us know what you think! Sausage Party hits theatres on August 12th!

Briefly: Wow.

I don’t really even remember Disney’s animated Beauty and the Beast, but this looks freaking stunning.

Disney has just debuted the very first teaser trailer for next year’s live action version, which boasts an all-star cast consisting of Emma Watson as Belle, Dan Stevens as the Beast, Luke Evans as Gaston, the handsome, but shallow villager who woos Belle, Kevin Kline as Maurice, Belle’s eccentric, but lovable father, Josh Gad as Lefou, Gaston’s long-suffering aide-de-camp, Ewan McGregor as Lumiere, the candelabra, Stanley Tucci as Maestro Cadenza, the harpsichord, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Plumette, the feather duster, Audra McDonald as Madame Garderobe, the wardrobe, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, the mantel clock, and Emma Thompson as the teapot, Mrs. Potts.

Yep, what a cast, and what a gorgeous teaser. You can take a look at the video below, and be sure to let us know what you think! Beauty and the Beast hits theatres on March 17th, 2017!

https://youtu.be/c38r-SAnTWM

Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast” is a live-action re-telling of the studio’s animated classic which refashions the classic characters from the tale as old as time for a contemporary audience, staying true to the original music while updating the score with several new songs. “Beauty and the Beast” is the fantastic journey of Belle, a bright, beautiful and independent young woman who is taken prisoner by a beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle’s enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the Beast’s hideous exterior and realize the kind heart and soul of the true Prince within.

Briefly: US residents are in for a treat!

The rest of us won’t be able to watch Cinemax’ Outcast until it premieres on June 3rd, but the network has just released the entire first episode of the anticipated series online for US viewers.

Kyle Barnes has been plagued by demonic possession all his life. Now, with the help of the Reverend Anderson, a preacher who has personal demons of his own, the young man embarks on a journey to find answers and regain the normal life he lost. But what Kyle discovers could change his fate — and the fate of the world — forever.

Based on the Skybound/Image comic title by creator Robert Kirkman (“The Walking Dead”) and artist Paul Azaceta, Patrick Fugit (“Gone Girl”) stars as Barnes, a man searching for answers, and redemption, who sequesters himself from those he loves for fear of causing greater hurt.

Philip Glenister (“Life on Mars”) stars as Reverend Anderson, a West Virginia evangelist who believes he is a soldier in God’s holy war against the forces of evil on Earth. An inveterate drinker and gambler, he doesn’t believe God intends people to sweat the small stuff.

Gabriel Bateman (“Stalker”) stars as Joshua Austin, an eight-year-old who lives across town from Kyle. To his family’s dismay, he appears to be in the clutches of demonic possession, but there’s something very different about this possession and its connection to Kyle Barnes.

Briefly: X-Men: Apocalypse is finally almost here, and the film may be receiving a mixed reception thus far, but it’d be hard to deny that this new viral video is fantastic.

The video plays off like a cheesy 1980’s VHS tape, and has Lana Condor’s Jubilee essentially making you want to enrol in Xavier’s School For Gifted Youngsters.

Take a look at the video below, and be sure to let us know what you think! X-Men: Apocalypse hits theatres on May 27th!

She sure makes the school look like a peaceful place, doesn’t she?

Also, that phone number at the end of the video? Be sure to give it a call.

Following the critically acclaimed global smash hit X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer returns with X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.

Me? I never actually watched Gilmore Girls, but for some reason I really want to check this out. Maybe I just like it when Netflix brings stuff back, or maybe I still have that crush on Alexis Bledel. I guess we’ll never know.

A super-cute teaser poster for the series was also revealed, which you can check out below!
