The game’s release may still be six months off (though that date is fast approaching), but that hasn’t stopped Rockstar from releasing a tantalizing new batch of screenshots.

10 new images have been released, which cover everything from skydiving to motorcycling, deep sea diving to miniguns. Check out the shots below, and let us know what you think!

As much as I love my Wii U (which is now gathering just a bit of dust due to Ni No Kuni), the console does have its share of issues. By far the biggest and most annoying of these problems is just how damn slow the console is, whether you’re switching between menus or launching software. Sometimes I feel like I could go make a sandwich, come back, and still have to wait for something that should have been much, much quicker, right from the console’s launch day.

Things are about to change however (better late than never, right?); in late April, Nintendo will launch the first (of two) software updates meant to drastically improve the speed of the console’s UI. The big N has released a video of the anticipated update, showcasing just how much of a difference it will make to the console’s usability.

Watch the video below, and let us know what you think! It’s going to be a great year for the Wii U and its owners, and these updates are going to be a huge part of it!

Ubisoft today revealed a new trailer for their incredible looking upcoming action title, Watch Dogs. The game really needs no introduction; as soon as the title was announced at Ubisoft’s 2012 E3 conference, Watch Dogs instantly became one of the industry’s most anticipated title.

The new trailer looks very similar to the one shown at the Playstation 4 announcement last month, but with a new voiceover and some new footage. Watch the trailer below, and let us know what you think! Watch Dogs will release later this year for Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, and Wii U.

Following yesterday’s Japanese Jaeger reveal, Warner Bros. today released a new character poster for Pacific Rim, this time featuring Russian Jaeger, Cherno Alpha.

Check out the new poster below, and let us know what you think! Pacific Rim hits theatres on July 11th!

When legions of monstrous creatures, known as Kaiju, started rising from the sea, a war began that would take millions of lives and consume humanity’s resources for years on end. To combat the giant Kaiju, a special type of weapon was devised: massive robots, called Jaegers, which are controlled simultaneously by two pilots whose minds are locked in a neural bridge. But even the Jaegers are proving nearly defenseless in the face of the relentless Kaiju. On the verge of defeat, the forces defending mankind have no choice but to turn to two unlikely heroes—a washed up former pilot (Charlie Hunnam) and an untested trainee (Rinko Kikuchi)—who are teamed to drive a legendary but seemingly obsolete Jaeger from the past. Together, they stand as mankind’s last hope against the mounting apocalypse.

Focus Features today released a new poster and 12 new images for Derek Cianfrance’s upcoming drama, The Place Beyond the Pines. If you haven’t seen Derek’s previous film, 2010’s Blue Valentine, I implore you to do so, as the feature was one of the most heart wrenching, well written dramas that I’ve seen in years.

The Place Beyond the Pines hits theatres this Friday, March 29th, and stars Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper, Eva Mendes, Olga Meredez, and more! Check out the plethora of new images below, and let us know what you think! Haven’t seen the trailer? We’ve got you covered!

Luke (Academy Award nominee Ryan Gosling) is a high-wire motorcycle stunt performer who travels with the carnival from town to town. While passing through Schenectady in upstate New York, he tries to reconnect with a former lover, Romina (Eva Mendes), only to learn that she has given birth to their son Jason in his absence. Luke decides to give up life on the road to try and provide for his newfound family by taking a job as a car mechanic. Noticing Luke’s ambition and talents, his employer Robin (Ben Mendelsohn) proposes to partner with Luke in a string of spectacular bank robberies – which will place Luke on the radar of ambitious rookie cop Avery Cross (Academy Award nominee Bradley Cooper).

Avery, who has to navigate a local police department ruled by the menacing and corrupt detective Deluca (Ray Liotta), is also struggling to balance his professional life with his family life, which includes his wife Jennifer (Rose Byrne) and their infant son AJ. The consequences of Avery’s confrontation with Luke will reverberate into the next generation. It is then that the two sons, Jason (Dane DeHaan) and AJ (Emory Cohen), must face their fateful, shared legacy.

GDC 2013 kicked off yesterday, and surprisingly… we haven’t heard too much coming out of it yet! Don’t fret, there are still three and a half more days of the conference, and we’ll update you on anything interesting that is announced.

Now, this is very interesting. Today Sony Computer Entertainment Japan revealed the first gameplay footage from their upcoming adventure, Rain. The player character featured in the game is an invisible boy that you can only see when it’s raining outside. The idea is original, intriguing, and the game looks beautiful!

Watch the trailer below, and let us know what you think! Rain is set to release on PS3 later this year.

rain was developed by the creative minds from PlayStation C.A.M.P!, the team behind unique titles like TOKYO JUNGLE and echochrome. Rain evolved from a truly unique concept where an imaginative world comes to life once is starts raining.

The story of rain is the enchanting tale about a boy who chases after a girl with an invisible silhouette. After discovering that the girl is being hunted by ghostly creatures, he embarks on his own journey into the mysterious world of rain to save her and discovers he has also become invisible. Players will play as the boy, whose silhouette can only be seen in the rain. Using the unique ability to appear and disappear under cover players must learn to navigate through the unknown to advance. Just like in the real world, what can be seen isn’t everything and using imagination is the only way to reveal the truth.

Throughout the game you will be challenged to think ahead and plan your movements to advance. For example, when you direct the boy underneath cover, he will disappear from enemy view, or to draw enemies away from your path you may need step into the rain to become visible or can pick up items to taunt them. More details will be shared on these mechanics and puzzles at a later date. However, we are pleased to share with you — for the first time — our first gameplay video from the beginning of the game, “The Children and the Night”. Watch the video at the top of this post, and make sure to turn your speakers up for the full experience!

The world of rain is full of “uncertainty” and as you play through the boy will experience both a sense of fear and excitement as he explores the unknown world. Told through an artistic approach to narration, rain’s expressive sounds, those of rainfall and splashing water, combined with this otherworldly tale is designed to awaken the sense of uncertainty and solitude inherent in every player as well.

Ubisoft today revealed the first gameplay trailer for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. The new preview gives us a much better idea of what to expect than the previous announcement trailer did, and as expected, the game (and gameplay) looks damn awesome.

Watch the new trailer below, and let us know what you think! You’ll be able to step into the shoes of Edward Kenway on October 29th!

Just watching this trailer gave me all kinds of goosebumps and took me back to the ripe age of 11, when Final Fantasy X first released, and when I explored the world of Spira for the first time.

As promised, Square-Enix today released the first trailer for their upcoming HD rereleases of Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X2. As we noted last week, the games will be releasing in North America later this year; PS3 players will get both titles on a single disc, while Vita owners will buy each game separately. We’ll give you more info as soon as we have it, as I’m excited as hell for this one.

Watch the announcement trailer below, and let us know what you think!

Welcome to Walking Dead Weekly! As the title implies, each week (bearing a new episode of course), we’ll be taking a look at the latest episode of the AMC series. I’ll let you know how I felt about each weekly offering, and will also compare it to what Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard were doing with the comic at the same time.

Last weekThe Walking Dead‘s loyal audience was bored for the second week in a row with Season 3, Episode 14, Prey. After learning the Governor’s true intentions, Andrea decided to leave Woodbury for good and warn her old friends back at the prison of just what was coming for them. Not long after she leaves, Governor Phillip finds out, and goes to get her back. The rest of the episode is an uninspired game of hide and seek between the two, before Governor catches Andrea just moments before she arrives at the prison. The episode closes with Andrea captive in the Governor’s torture room, leaving all of us uncomfortable at the prospect of what may happen next.

So what does happen next? Are we about to get the war that we were promised,  do we need to talk about it for another hour first, or are we getting something else entirely? Read on and find out! As always, there are plenty of spoilers below, so don’t read further until you’ve seen the episode!

Episode Thoughts – ‘This Sorrowful Life’

Scott Gimple, you are a saint. After two weeks of terribly boring, completely unnecessary, predictable crapThe Walking Dead came back tonight in full force. Scott also wrote Clearwhich premiered a few weeks back and is considered (at least in my opinion) one of the best episodes in the entire series. It seems to me like the show’s fourth season is in pretty capable hands! What do you think?

This Sorrowful Life opens with Rick, Daryl, and Hershel discussing how to “quietly” remove Michonne in order to take her to the Governor. You’ll remember from Episode 13 the choice that the Governor gave to Rick; they can surrender Michonne and be left alone, or keep her and go to war. It appears that Rick has made his decision, and it’s not the one I would have expected at all.

Meanwhile, Merle looks to have a case of cabin fever, and is scouring the prison for drugs, alcohol, or anything else that may “take the edge off”. Rick reveals the Governor’s deal to this Dixon too, who immediately assumes that Rick will back out of the plan before it comes to fruition. Merle describes the things that the Governor is likely to do to Michonne when he gets a hold of her, and warns Rick to tie her with wire instead of rope, as it’s harder to chew through. This has to put second thoughts into Rick’s head; will he change his mind?

Hershel, Maggie, and Beth start to pray, because, hell... who knows what's coming next?
Hershel, Maggie, and Beth start to pray, because, hell… who knows what’s coming next?

Merle (being Merle), decides to take matters into his own hands. He recruits Michonne to help him take out some walkers near the prison’s back entrance, where he proceeds to knock her out and tie her up. The next time we see them, they’re far away from the prison, and bantering back and forth about what comes next. They eventually come across a parking lot, and Merle ties Michonne to a post before proceeding to hotwire a car. Somehow, after over a year, the car starts just fine, and for some reason the jalopy also has an alarm attached. The alarm, of course, goes off, and walkers being approaching from everywhere. Merle and Michonne eventually find their way into the car and out of the situation, but it’s certainly a close call; both of their lives could have easily ended had they lingered a few seconds more.

One of the many close calls in the scene.
One of the many near death moments in the scene.

Rick (of course) realizes that he made the wrong decision (after again going crazy and seeing ghost Lori), but much too late, as Michonne and Merle are long gone. Daryl runs after them while Rick thinks of what to tell the others; he needs to tell them the truth about what’s happening, and present a new choice. The group can either stay and fight, or leave and run, but no matter what, they’ll do it as a group. I wonder how that will turn out…

Michonne and Merle drive down the oddly clean roads on their way to give Michonne up, when suddenly, Merle stops the car and lets Michonne go free, stating that he “has something to take care of on his own”. What could he possibly be up to? It’s not long before we (unfortunately) find out.

Screen Shot 2013-03-24 at 9.49.50 PM

Merle begins to gather walkers with the music in his car. He rolls the windows down, turns the volume up, and drives slow enough for the zombies to keep up. He heads to the barn where Rick and the Governor were set to meet, and begins to watch the gruesome events unfold. The walkers lose interest in the vehicle once they see the Governor’s men, and soon after Merle begins taking out the soldiers too. Eventually, Merle is spotted and overpowered by the Governor’s bodyguards, beaten, and finally shot by the Governor himself. It seems as though Merle came full circle in the end; he went from the racist, bigoted asshole that he was in season one, to eventually sacrificing himself for the good of the group… maybe, or maybe he just couldn’t live with the things he had done, and decided to do some good on his way out. You be the judge!

After the shocking, unexpected moment at the barn, things at the prison are looking up (at least for two fan favourite characters). Equipped with a ring that he stole from a walker’s finger, Glenn finally (finally) asks Maggie to marry him. Maggie says yes, and the pair joins the rest of the group smiling. If only they knew what Daryl was about to discover.

Not the most romantic proposal, but a proposal nonetheless!

This Sorrowful Life closes with the heartbreaking scene of Daryl discovering the body of his older brother. Despite what it looked like, the Governor apparently didn’t shoot Merle in the head, as Daryl learns of his brother’s passing by witnessing him eating the body of another person. Daryl breaks down immediately, and as much trouble as I’ve had with Merle in the past, I felt myself doing the same. He pushes Merle away over and over again, looking closely at his brother one last time before finally putting an end to him. The episode fades to black, and we’re all left there sitting in awe. This must have been a truly depressing ending for fans; as much as everyone dislikes Merle, they love Daryl, and seeing him break down like this was one of the toughest moments to watch this season.

Damnit Daryl... please stop crying.
Damnit Daryl… please stop crying.

As I mentioned above, Scott Gimple is the f***ing MAN. The Walking Dead has been in a terrible rut for the past two weeks, and who better to pull it out than the very same person who will be next year’s showrunner? This Sorrowful Life revolved entirely around the prison’s inhabitants (though mostly Daryl, Merle, and Michonne), and let us catch up with the ol’ gang one last time before everything goes to hell. A fantastic performance by Michael Rooker made us feel terribly sorry for the character we’ve loved to hate all this time, and Norman Reedus’ reaction to the death of Merle is among the saddest scenes we’ve seen from the show. A well written, well acted, well thought out penultimate episode. Now I can’t wait to see how it ends!

There’s just one more episode left of The Walking Dead‘s third season. Watch the preview for Season 3, Episode 16 – Welcome to the Tombs below, and let us know what you thought of this week’s episode!

Comic Comparison

There’s not really much of anything to compare in this penultimate episode! As I’ve mentioned before, Merle and Daryl have never existed in Robert Kirkman’s comic book version of The Walking Dead. This Sorrowful Life revolved largely around the Dixon brothers, and equivalent events have never happened in the comic, so what’s a guy to do!

Glenn’s proposal to Maggie however, was much more romantic (and hilarious) in issue 36 of the comic.

Screen Shot 2013-03-24 at 10.32.01 PM

That’s it for this week’s edition of Walking Dead Weekly! Now dry your eyes; maybe Daryl will see visions of his brother like Rick does of Lori! As always, thanks for reading, and we’ll see you next week!

PS – If you’re interested in more Scott Gimple, he was featured as a guest on Geekscape 255 in March of last year!

If you were lucky enough to be in London during last night’s Earth Hour and just happened to look out into the dark, dark night, you may have noticed something very cool glowing amongst the stars.

Paramount used the evening to hold an awesome promotional event in the city; while all of the lights were off, a gigantic starfleet symbol appeared in the sky. I wonder how many UFO reports the city received over the course of the evening…

Don’t take my word for it! Watch the video below, and let us know what you think! Star Trek Into Darkness hits theatres on May 17th.

In Summer 2013, pioneering director J.J. Abrams will deliver an explosive action thriller that takes ‘Star Trek Into Darkness.’ When the crew of the Enterprise is called back home, they find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization has detonated the fleet and everything it stands for, leaving our world in a state of crisis.

With a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one man weapon of mass destruction. As our heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew.

This is INCREDIBLE.

Capcom announced an exciting “new” project at their PAX East panel today. Voicework and new music are also being added to the title. DuckTales Remastered will release for $14.99 this Summer for PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U.

Square-Enix today revealed that the anticipated HD rereleases of Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 will be releasing in territories outside Japan. No release dates have been set, but the games will release in Japan, Europe, and North America, later this year.

PS3 players will get both games on one disc, while Vita owners (all four of you) will have to purchase each chapter separately.

I’m looking forward to this one. Final Fantasy X originally released when I was just 11 years old, and while I played it back then, my experience with the game is nothing but a distant memory. I do remember loving every minute of it however, so I’d jump at the opportunity to return to Spira.

Read the press release below, and let us know if you’re excited! Look for the trailer on March 25th!

We’re now just 14 days away from Jurassic Park‘s triumphant 3D rerelease, and Universal has launched 3 new TV spots to promote it.

I couldn’t be more excited for the film, and I really, really wish that there was an IMAX near me so I could experience it on the bigger-big screen. I saw the 3D trailer in theatres a few weeks back, and as soon as the classic music started up I could feel the goosebumps on my skin. Jurassic Park was the first movie that I ever saw in theatres, and I couldn’t be more excited for its return.

It’s almost time for a new version of Magic: The Gathering… The yearly video-game version anyways.

Magic The Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers first released in 2009 for Microsoft’s Xbox 360. The game was a popular (and rather well done) digital adaptation of Wizards of the Coast’s flagship TCG, and also acted as a perfect introduction for new players.

In 2011, a sequel was released, this time featuring some reworked gameplay, updated cards and game modes, and support on multiple platforms. The next year, an excellent iPad version was added, and this touchscreen friendly edition quickly became the preferred version of the game. Each year’s game was much more polished than the last, leading me to wonder what this year’s release might have in store for us.

Today, Wizards announced the next version of Duels. Just like last year’s game, Magic 2014 will release on a multitude of platforms, including Xbox 360, PS3, PC, iPad… and this time, Android too. The game will also feature the first look at 2014’s core card set, a brand new story featuring Plansewalker Chandra Nalaar, and as always, plenty of new challenges!

Watch the announcement trailer for the game below, and let us know what you think! Magic 2014: Duels of the Planeswalkers will release this summer!

And here’s the press release:

Fans of the paper game will have a chance to play Magic against invited celebrities on the show floor or participate in events designed for players of all levels in Gaming Hall B. In addition, 16 players will compete for the Magic Online Championship, with tournaments running all three days of the show, and the Magic: The Gathering panel will take place on Saturday in the Corgi Theatre.

Following the Lex Luthor trailer from a few weeks back, NetherRealm Studios has unveiled a new story trailer for their upcoming brawler, Injustice: Gods Among Us. This new trailer focusses on The Joker’s favourite gal, Harley Quinn, and shows just how different her situation turned out in this alternate DC universe.

Watch the new trailer below, and let us know what you think! Injustice: Gods Among Us releases on April 16th!

The game looks pretty polished at this point, let’s hope it turns out well!

This is some great news for Edgar Wright fans.

Until today, the North American release date for Edgar Wright’s The World’s End was October 25th. The director today tweeted a new release date for the film, and it’s definitely a push in the right direction.

That’s right! Instead of waiting all the way until the fall, The World’s End will now release on August 23rd. That’s a whole two months if you don’t feel like counting (and didn’t read the above tweet).

Are you looking forward to this one? Sound out below!

TheWorldsEnd

In “The World’s End,” 20 years after attempting an epic pub crawl, five childhood friends reunite when one of them becomes hellbent on trying the drinking marathon again. They are convinced to stage an encore by mate Gary King (Simon Pegg), a 40-year-old man trapped at the cigarette end of his teens, who drags his reluctant pals to their hometown and once again attempts to reach the fabled pub – The World’s End. As they attempt to reconcile the past and present, they realize the real struggle is for the future, not just theirs but humankind’s. Reaching The World’s End is the least of their worries.

Just a few weeks ago, Activision announced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. The reveal trailer for the game looked good enough, but didn’t really give us a sense of what gameplay would look like.

Today, IGN revealed the first gameplay footage from the game, and while early (like pre-alpha early), TMNT: Out of the Shadows looks pretty damn cool.

Watch the gameplay footage below, and let us know what you think! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is set to release this Summer as a downloadable title for Xbox 360 and PS3.

With just a few more weeks until Evil Dead releases across North America, Tristar today released three new images from the anticipated film.

Take a look at them below, and let us know what you think! Evil Dead hits theatres on April 5th; once you’ve seen it, be sure to let us know whether you loved it or not!

If you opened up the Star Trek app on your iPhone earlier today, you were among the first two see two brand new stills from Star Trek Into Darkness.

Everyone else, now it’s your turn. The two photos have made their way online, and showcase… well, Kirk, Spock, and Benedict Cumberbatch’s mysterious character glaring offscreen at things. Check out the stills below, and let us know what you think!

There you have it. Not the most exciting new stills, but new stills nonetheless. Star Trek Into Darkness opens on May 17th!

Is this the future of digital comics?

Just yesterday, teaser images from a mysterious new Brian K Vaughan and Marcos Martin project began to make their way around the ‘net. Each image featured a beautiful art panel, typically with a ‘social media’ related word underneath. At that point, nobody had any idea what the project was called, a single detail about it, or just what the pair had in store for us.

Today, the duo launched the project in an intriguing and amazing way. The first 32-page issue of The Private Eye is available now; digital only, DRM free, and pay-what-you-want.

Here’s a description of The Private Eye, straight from its official website:

It’s a detective story set in 2076, when everyone in the United States has a secret identity. Our protagonist is a member of the paparazzi, outlaw private investigators who dig up the kind of personal dirt no longer readily available through search engines. It’s a mystery with lots of masks, but no superpowers. We know how the story ends, and we think it will take about 10 issues to get there.

This distribution format is an extremely interesting idea. By offering the title exclusively through their own website, they’re able to bypass any fees charged by Apple, Amazon, ComiXology, or anyone of the sort. On top of that, the pay-what-you-want model opens the book up to the masses of comic fans that simply think it’s unfair to pay $2.99 or $3.99 for a digital file, especially when a print copy would cost exactly the same. Don’t think $2.99 is right? Pay less! The site suggests a simple $.99, which is beyond fair in my opinion. The funds raised help ensure the book will continue to be made, as The Private Eye will take about 10 issues to finish its story.

Check out a few preview pages from the book below, and head over to Panel Syndicate to download a copy for yourself. You can download the file, DRM free, in PDF, CBR, and CBZ formats.

If you’re a print fan, don’t hold your breath on this one. According to the site’s FAQ, “we don’t currently have plans for THE PRIVATE EYE to ever appear in print. We still love paper comics, especially the retailers who sell them, but this is something different.”

I can’t wait for this.

Universal today released a new trailer for their upcoming animated sequel, Despicable Me 2. The trailer is hilarious, and gives us a very good idea of what the film will be about.

Gru and the gang return to theatres on July 3rd. Watch the new trailer below, and let us know what you think!

Despicable Me 2 features an all-star cast, including Steve Carell, Al Pacino, Kristen Wiig, Steve Coogan, Miranda Cosgrove, and more!

The show looks amazing, and I’ve still never seen it; what’s a guy to do?

BBC has released a new trailer for next week’s return of Doctor Who. It looks exciting, it looks intense, and I have no idea what’s going on in any of it.

Watch the new trailer below, and let us know just how excited you are for the good Doctor’s return! The new series premieres with The Bells of Saint John on March 30th!

Just two days ago, we showed you the uninspired opening cinematic for Activision’s The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct. Today, the game released in North America, and the company has unveiled a launch trailer to excite fans.

Watch the new trailer below, and let us know what you think! Before you buy the game however, note that no reviews for the title have been published yet, which is never a good sign.

If you bought the game anyways, let us know how it is!

The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct is a do-whatever-you-need-to-survive first-person action game that brings the deep, character-driven world of AMC’s Emmy®Award-winning TV series onto console gaming systems and the PC. The game follows the mysterious, crossbow-wielding survivor Daryl Dixon, brought to life by TV series star Norman Reedus, alongside his overbearing brother Merle, voiced by Michael Rooker, on a haunting, unforgiving journey across the Georgia countryside. Players will need to tread carefully on this desperate quest, scrounging for food, water, and ammunition to survive against nightmares both living and undead.

Hansel & Gretel:Witch Hunters wasn’t overly popular here, bringing in just $50 million on a $54 million budget. Overseas however, the film has fared quite well, just today crossing the $200 million box office mark worldwide.

As Deadline has learned, Paramount today officially confirmed that a sequel is in development. There’s no word yet on whether Jeremy Renner, Gemma Arterton, or director Tommy Wirkola will return for the sequel, but I’d expect that there would have been a sequel agreement in their contracts.

What did you think of the first film? Are you excited for this news?

It looks as though the on again, off again Escape From New York remake/reboot is again in pre-production.

Rights for the property were picked up by Studio Canal after lapsing during New Line Cinema’s financial crisis a few years back. Canal will partner with Joel Silver for the project, which is the fourth partnership between the two (Unknown, Non-Stop, and Prone Gunman being the other three).

According to Deadline, Silver’s goal is to turn the project into a trilogy, with the first film telling the cohesive origin story of Snake Plissken and his post-apocalyptic world.

No other information has been revealed about the project, which is currently in search of a writer. Are you looking forward to the reboot? Who would you like to see in Snake’s shoes? My vote’s on Jason Trost; he’s got the look, and he already owns an eyepatch!

If you’re a regular around these parts, the title Milo may ring a bell; Jonathan spoke rather highly of the film (among others) on last week’s live episode.

Milo premiered at last week’s SXSW, and is an original horror-comedy that blends the gory elements of a classic critter film with the lighthearted comedy of an unlikely friendship. According to the press release, Milo was one of the most talked about films of the festival.

Magnet Releasing announced today that they’ve picked up the North American distribution rights to the film, and will be releasing Milo later this year.

If you were at the festival and managed to see the film, let us know what you thought! We’ll be keeping you updated on Milo as we learn more!

Duncan’s (Ken Marino) life is a real pain in the ass.  Tormented by manipulative, crooked boss (Patrick Warburton), a nagging mother (Mary Kay Place), a deadbeat new age dad (Stephen Root), and a sweet, yet pressuring, wife (Gillian Jacobs), his mounting stress starts to trigger an insufferable gastrointestinal reaction.  Out of ideas and at the end of his rope, Duncan seeks the help of a hypnotherapist (Peter Stormare), who helps him discover the root of his unusual stomach pain: a pintsized demon living in his intestine that, triggered by excessive anxiety, forces its way out and slaughters the people who haveangered him.  Out of fear that his intestinal gremlin may target its wrath on the wrong person, Duncan attempts to befriend it, naming it Milo and indulging it to keep its seemingly insatiable appetite at bay.
