Briefly: During today’s Microsoft press conference, the company finally revealed a detail that we’ve all been waiting for: the Xbox One’s price point.

The console is set to launch this November (exact date not set) in 21 countries, for $499, 499 Euros, or £429. 499 Euros? Ouch.

What do you think of the price? Will you be picking up an Xbox One? What did you think of the presentation?

Take a gander at the cover art and the special features below, and let us know if you enjoyed the movie!

Way back in December we showed you the trailer for a mysterious upcoming new game titled Phantom Pain. We, and pretty much the entire internet, speculated that this was actually the next game in the Metal Gear franchise. Well…we were right! Check out the trailer for Metal Gear Solid 5!

As always I’m left impressed. No release date or anything else has been posted, but we can expect this to ship out on the PS4 at least.

I just took a break from the AMAZING Bioshock Infinite to post this mind blowing news. We got some official, gameplay footy from the next in the Battlefield franchise. Check out these 17 minutes of glory! OH MY GOD ENJOY!!!

OH MY GOD! I am so stoked it is hard to describe with words! Watch that video again, watch it again!

It looks like the rumors of this game coming out this Fall are correct. The new Frosbite 3 engine looks AMAZING! The hyper accurate destruction, facial animations and sound are all obvious step ups from the previous game. The command features are very Brothers In Arms, but are along the lines of what the rumored features of the Commander feature.

This entire announcement corroborates the leaked information from EB Games outlets. There is not much else to say except WATCH THAT VIDEO AGAIN!

No official console announcement has been made as of yet, but it is expected to see BF4 on PS3, PS4, XBOX360 and PC this fall! and possibly on the Xbox 720 and the WiiU. This game is going to be HUGE and is one of those titles that makes you go out and buy a new graphics card!

You read the title right folks! Way back in January we talked about Daft Punk signing a new contract with Columbia. Well today we can report, that the newest record from the two most influential and important electronic musicians, will be released on May 21st!

Late last night, the iTunes page for Daft Punk was updated so clandestinely, we almost missed it! The record will have 13 new songs, none of which have had their titles released yet. The album is titled “Random Access Memories”, a play on the type of RAM you find in your computer.

We only got a tiny little preview of one of their new songs, when they ran an ad on SNL a few weeks ago.

Nothing else has been released yet, but you can be sure when we get more info, or a leak or two, we will keep you informed!

Be sure to check out their official website HERE!

Way back in August, we showed you seven minutes in heaven, gameplay footage from GamesCom of the intriguing cyber punk game Remember Me. Well now we got ourselves a nice little trailer, check it out below.

Not only do we get this new piece of eye candy, we got an updated release date. JUNE 4th BABY!

Remember Me will be available on PS3 , XBOX 360 and PC.

The much anticipated fifth and final expansion for the AMAZING Battlefield 3, Endgame, has its details released. We got a release date and more! Take a peak at this gameplay trailer, feature some sick dirtbike tricks!

This was my literal face the entire time I was watching this trailer.

From the Official Battlefield Blog:

All-new fast and agile dirt bike
When building End Game, high-speed warfare was our mantra. Nothing illustrates this better than the new fast and agile dirt bike, that lets you take a friend to the frontlines at high speed while doing wheelies and quick stops. It’s a true two-wheel vehicle with its own physics engine that is a perfect fit for our returning game mode Capture the Flag.

We have hidden a lot of cool jumps for you on all maps that you can attempt if you need a quick getaway in a daredevil fashion. The dirt bike is clearly the star among the new vehicles in End Game, and we will return shortly with an in-depth blog post focused solely on this agile and versatile addition to the ever-growing Battlefield vehicle line-up.

Call for reinforcements with the new dropship
But that’s not all. You can also jump into the seat of two new AA vehicles or use the new dropship to call in reinforcements or parachute in behind enemy lines. The AA vehicles is the first time in Battlefield 3 that a troop transport has been fitted with a roof mounted AA turret in addition to a rocket launcher, effectively making it able to defend against both ground and air vehicles. The dropship gets awarded to whatever team holds the central flag in Conquest mode and lets you drop in an additional Infantry Fighting Vehicle by parachute, forcing the enemy to keep close tabs on your position or risk being overrun.

Fight all year around
End Game contains four vast and varied maps, each inspired by one of the four seasons. If there’s something our line of expansion packs have shown, it’s how many different flavors of combat Battlefield 3 can cater for. From the classic gameplay of Back to Karkand to the tight infantry combat on Close Quarters and massive all-out vehicle warfare of Armored Kill – we love to give our fans new experiences while staying true to the Battlefield core.

By making each map distinctly unique, End Game serves as a beautiful reminder of the broad range of vistas we can deliver with the Frostbite 2 engine, and how the environment influences gameplay in subtle ways. From the beautiful fall-themed Operation Riverside, with its many rivers and electrical sub-stations, to snowy Sabalan Pipeline, End Game brings all of your favorite settings into one tight package.

The return of Capture the Flag and Air Superiority
Capture the Flag is a classic multiplayer game mode for anyone interested in shooters, and it was actually part of the original Battlefield 1942 released more than 10 years ago. End Game marks the first time in a decade that Capture the Flag returns to the Battlefield, and we think it’s a perfect fit with the new theme of high-speed warfare and mobility that the dirt bike brings to the game. Stay tuned for an in-depth look at our Battlefield version of Capture the Flag in a later blog post in this series.

Also new for End Game is the jet-based Air Superiority game mode where players can take part in massive dogfights, much like when this game mode first appeared in Battlefield 1943. If you’re a Premium member, you can watch an exclusive video right now featuring extended gameplay from Air Superiority mode. Just head to the Battlelog Premium videos section to check it out. We will return with in-depth Air Superiority information later in this blog series, so stay tuned for that.

Well, you’re in luck, as I have here a copy of that prized Battlefield Premium trailer for Air Superiority.

I’m getting SO PUMPED RIGHT NOW! After getting my mind blown by that intense Mad Max style chase, I lost it when I saw full on Dog Fight maps.

Earlier today Universal Pictures announced that KICK-ASS 2, the sequel to the 2010 superhero comedy, will be hitting theaters on June 28, 2013!

In addition to this, Deadline reports that two more actors have joined writer/director Jeff Wadlow’s film. The two actors being Morris Chestnut (American Horror Story) and Robert Emms (War Horse). Chestnut will play Hit-Girl’s stepfather Marcus Williams, replacing Omari Hardwick from the first film. Robert Emms has landed the role of Insect-Man, a police officer turned member of the superhero team Justice Forever.

Production is set to begin next month on the film, which will adapt both Millar and Romita’s Kick-Ass 2 and the Hit-Girl spinoff. It will be produced by Matthew Vaughn, who is unable to direct because of his commitment to X-Men: Days Of Future Past.

With all the new cast members that have been announced these few past few weeks this movie definitely has potential to be one hell of a fun movie.

That’s right folks. SEGA  just announced an HD remake of the funky fun, rollerblading graffiti game, Jet Set Radio, will be coming out very, very soon!

It hits XBLA and PSN on September 18th (A week early if you have Playstation Plus) and September 19th on Steam. PS Vita owners also get in on the action but will have to wait almost a month later, October 16th to be exact.

This comes shortly after SEGA confirming that the entire Jet Set Radio soundtrack will return, unlike that lame Tony Hawk HD remake. Take a gander at this music tease trailer!

Telltale Games very successful narrative driven, pseudo point-and-click adventure game, “The Walking Dead” gets its second episode release date. And it’s sooner than you think.

Xbox players can dive into “Episode 2: Starved for Help” TODAY! Whereas PS3 and PC players have to wait until Friday.

This episode takes up three months after the end of the first one. Your character, Lee Everett and whomever he befriended and saved, have been held up in a motel that they have barricaded up in. Food has officially run out and more survivors are approaching the stronghold.

Data collected from players decisions will help Telltale craft upcoming episodes. I myself just finished the first episode a few hours ago. This is the first time in a LONG while that a narrative in a game has driven me to keep playing. I particularly enjoy the relationship mechanic in this game. You meetup with some characters early on and have to explain your relationship with a small girl. You can tell the truth or choose from a couple of lies. You decide what sounds right. Then you have to keep the lies or truth up throughout the game, and some characters may try to break holes in your story. Another cool feature I liked was the ally system. In heated arguments between two NPCs, you can interject and weather or not if you chose to defend them they will remember your choices. Their loyalty to you will depend on how you choose to interact with them. Couple that with some pretty fucked up decisions you have to make, the story is truly customized to your choices.

The story is great, and I really felt like my decisions meant something.

Check out the official website for the game HERE

Check out Jonathan’s review of Episode 1 HERE

You can buy the season pass for STEAM HERE

Check out the episode 2 trailer below. Bare in mind that your choices in the game affect the contents of the trailer (you see this at the end of episode 1). This one I am showing you is drastically different from the one I got.

Mark your calenders. On August 14, 2012 ‘The Raid: Redemption’ comes to DVD and Blu-ray. Now whether you never heard of this film (where have you been…in a cave?), want to relive the action over and over again or just missed its limited theatrical run… this is a must-have DVD in any collection. One of the greatest action films ever made.

“Deep in the heart of Jakarta’s slums lies an impenetrable safe house for the world’s most dangerous killers and gangsters. Until now, the run-down apartment block has been considered untouchable to even the bravest of police. Cloaked under the cover of pre-dawn darkness and silence, an elite swat team is tasked with raiding the safe house in order to take down the notorious drug lord that runs it. But when a chance encounter with a spotter blows their cover and news of their assault reaches the drug lord, the building’s lights are cut and all the exits blocked. Stranded on the sixth floor with no way out, the unit must fight their way through the city’s worst to survive their mission. Starring Indonesian martial arts sensation Iko Uwais.”
