Briefly: Finally!

just finished the first season of FOX’s Wayward Pines last week (and loved every second of it), and I’ve been eagerly awaiting news of the upcoming second season ever since.

Last week we saw the first teaser poster for the upcoming episodes, and today FOX has debuted an awesome first teaser trailer. Yep, it’s full of mystery and doesn’t explain much of anything, but it shows off new and returning cast, and reminds us that this season is set to be all about some new residents.

The 10-episode psychological thriller picks up after the shocking events of the season 1 finale, with the residents of Wayward Pines battling against the iron-fisted rule of the First Generation. Dr. Theo Yedlin (Jason Patric) — a new resident of Wayward Pines — awakens from suspended animation and finds himself in the middle of this rebellion, as he tries to understand what Wayward Pines really is and help preserve the endangered human race. CJ Mitchum (Djimon Hounsou), an original resident of Wayward Pines and a historian for the town with extensive knowledge of its complex origins, is the only one who can provide a unique bridge between the current world of Wayward Pines and the previous world that humans inhabited. Megan Fisher (Hope Davis), is in charge of the scientific research being conducted on the Abbies, and remains deeply involved in the development of the hearts and minds of the future of humanity — Wayward Pines’ “First Generation”.

Take a look at the teaser below, and be sure to let us know what you think! Wayward Pines returns on May 25th!

Briefly: Following the awesome look at the film from the Super Bowl back in February (which gave us our fantastic first look at Krang and more), and that last fantastic trailer, Paramount has just debuted the very last trailer for the anticipated Summer flick.

While the first film had its (long list of) issues, overall I actually enjoyed the film as a whole. In any case, essentially everything that we’ve seen thus far from Out of the Shadows looks so much better than anything that we saw in the first film.

Take a look at the trailer below, and be sure to let us know what you think! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows hits theatres on June 3rd!

After a couple of days of speculation, the rumors are true! Activision just released the reveal trailer for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

Described as a return to the franchises roots, Infinite Warfare has to do with us fighting off against a Settlement Defense Front. Also just as the rumors predicted, pre ordering the legacy edition of the game will get you the remastered version of Modern Warfare.  Check out the trailer below if you’re interested in the game. Are you excited for this year’s COD, or are you just investing in Modern Warfare Remastered this time around? Make sure to tell us in the comments! Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be released on November 4th, 2016.

Briefly: It’s finally almost here.

On May 10th, the long, long, often made longer wait for the conclusion to Nathan Drake’s story will finally be over, and we’ll all be able to see if Naughty Dog will be able to keep their amazing game streak going.

Today, the company released a short (yet sweet) final gameplay trailer for the game, reminding us just how intense the Uncharted titles can be, and also just how freaking beautiful this game looks.

Take a look at the trailer below, and let us know what you’ll be doing on May 10th!

Briefly: Yesterday evening, my fiancé and I decided to drive around the dilapidated grounds of Riverview Hospital in Coquitlam, BC.

Many of the buildings in the area look as though they are straight out of a horror film, and interestingly enough, most of the less deathly structures are now used as sets in Vancouver’s booming film and television industry.

After driving by both Wayward Pines Academy and Wayward Pines Hospital, last night we decided to give the series a shot, and five episodes later it’s pretty clear that we’ve instantly fallen in love with it.

Like what the hell is happening in this town!?

Today, Fox debuted a new poster for the upcoming second season, which teases the feral creatures that I’ve only just met (no spoilers please). Take a look at the poster below, and be sure to let us know if you’ll be watching when Wayward Pines returns on May 25th!

Pines

Starring Jason Patric (“Rush,” “Narc”), two-time Academy Award nominee Djimon Hounsou (“Blood Diamond,” “In America”) and Emmy Award and Golden Globe nominee Hope Davis (“American Crime,” “The Newsroom”), the 10-episode, second season will pick up after the shocking events of Season One, with the residents of Wayward Pines battling against the iron-fisted rule of the First Generation. Dr. THEO YEDLIN (Patric) – a new resident of Wayward Pines – awakens from suspended animation and finds himself in the middle of this rebellion, as he tries to understand what Wayward Pines really is and help preserve the endangered human race.

Also joining the second season are cast members Tom Stevens (“Cedar Cove”), returning from Season One as JASON HIGGINS, a member of the First Generation and Pilcher’s young acolyte; Nimrat Kaur (“Homeland”) as REBECCA, who has her own secrets she keeps from Theo, her husband; Josh Helman (“Mad Max: Fury Road,” “X-Men: Days of Future Past”) as XANDER, a resident working to undermine Wayward Pines from within; and Kacey Rohl (“Hannibal”) as KERRY, one of Jason’s lieutenants in the civil war going on in Wayward Pines.

Additionally, several Season One cast members will appear in Season Two, including Terrence Howard (SHERIFF ARNOLD POPE), Carla Gugino (KATE HEWSON), Toby Jones (DR. JENKINS/DAVID PILCHER), Melissa Leo (NURSE PAM), Tim Griffin (ADAM HASSLER), Shannyn Sossamon (THERESA BURKE) and Charlie Tahan (BEN BURKE).

Staying on schedule with their promised character per month DLC model, Guile has been confirmed as the next fighter to join the Street Fighter V roster.

Arriving as the only true “charge” character so far, (with Vega and Chun-Li having their moves either partially or completely changed to quarter circle motions,) the all-American family man returns with some interesting tricks up his rolled up sleeves. Most surprisingly, he will be the only character with a walking crouch. Called the “Faultless Move”, Guile can hold his down charge for his trademark Flash Kick while moving forward, finally giving us the chance to emulate the cheating CPU from Street Fighter II.

Street Fighter V Guile Screen 4

In addition, Guile’s V Skill and V Trigger enhance his Sonic Boom projectiles in ways that will let him control the field like never before. His skill is Sonic Blade, allowing him to launch a stationary version of his trademark fireball to either set a trap or keep downed opponents on the offensive. His trigger, called Solid Puncher, gives him the ability to throw out continuous Sonic Booms at varying speeds depending on the button pressed. While limited like all the other V Triggers in the game, this brief period will give Guile a huge space advantage, allowing him to control the field or extend combos at his will, on top of powering up his Critical Art.

Street Fighter V Guile Screen 1

Street Fighter V Guile Screen 2

Street Fighter V Guile Screen 3

Speaking of his Critical Art, the Sonic Hurricane from Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 returns as Guile’s go-to ultimate attack. Launching a large, stationary Sonic Boom directly in front of him, what better way to apply the pressure even further than with a large projectile to bring the opponent closer to you for big damage? Flash Kick fans might be a little disappointed that these new moves are all Sonic Boom heavy, but hey! You get a walking crouch, which sounds amazing!

Street Fighter V Guile Screen 5

In addition to Guile, the April update will come with some long awaited enhanced rage quitting penalties that lock frequent abusers out of the game for a set amount of time, and the Air Force Base Stage. At the asking price of 70,000 Fight Money, this throwback stage has all the same soldiers cheering you on, all of which have aged surprisingly well from their SFII appearance 25 years ago, but with a new coat of paint. Season Pass holders will get the stage for free as a thank you from Capcom!

Street Fighter V Air Force Bace

Guile himself will be the standard 100,000 FM for new characters, but like Alex before him, he will be free for all players until Capcom finally gets the Zenny system up and running, which will serve as their exchange system for real money. Including his trials, story content and availability across all modes, you might want to take advantage while you can.

No official date has been announced for the release of the April update, but Capcom is promising it will be available by the end of the month.

If you’ve been following the progress of The King Of Fighters XIV, you’ll know that this is looking to be a huge departure from the previous entry in the long running fighting game series, both visually, and mechanically. Now, we’re learning that publishing duties will get shaken up as well, since Atlus will be bringing SNK Playmore’s upcoming title to the West.

Promising over 50 characters out of the box, (as in before DLC. Take notes, Capcom!), a revamped netcode that will support three on three matches for a total of six players in the same match, online mentoring that will pair high ranking players with low ranking ones to teach new players the basics, a story mode, and new mechanics that aim to please veterans and new players alike, and we have one of the most ambitious fighters in a long time. With Atlus taking the helm as opposed to SNK publishing it themselves, this also means we’re more likely to get the game more exposure through the niche publisher’s dedicated fanbase.

If that wasn’t enough of a reason to be excited, we were also introduced to two brand new fighters who will be making their debuts in this fourteenth entry. Check out their debut trailer below and let us know what you think.

Briefly: Following the awesome look at the film from the Super Bowl back in February (which gave us our fantastic first look at Krang and more), and last week’s fantastic trailer, Paramount has just debuted two new TV spots for the anticipated Summer flick.

While the first film had its (long list of) issues, overall I actually enjoyed the film as a whole. In any case, essentially everything that we’ve seen thus far from Out of the Shadows looks so much better than anythingthat we saw in the first film.

Briefly: Following the awesome look at the film from the Super Bowl back in February (which gave us our fantastic first look at Krang and more), Paramount Pictures has just debuted an awesome new trailer for this Summer’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.

“TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: OUT OF THE SHADOWS” is the sequel to the 2014 hit film “TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES.” The film is based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters created by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman and is directed by David Green (“EARTH TO ECHO”). Michael Bay (the “TRANSFORMERS franchise) returns to produce alongside his Platinum Dunes partners Brad Fuller and Andrew Form (” TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES”), with Galen Walker and Scott Mednick (“TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES”) also producing.

Also returning for the sequel is Megan Fox (“TRANSFORMERS”) as April O’Neil, Will Arnett (“Arrested Development”) as Vernon Fenwick and the Turtles: Alan Ritchson as Raphael, Noel Fisher as Michelangelo, Pete Ploszek at Leonardo, and Jeremy Howard as Donatello. Rounding out the cast is Stephen Amell (“Arrow,”) as Casey Jones, Tyler Perry (“GONE GIRL”, the “MADEA” franchise) as Baxter Stockman, Academy Award nominated actress Laura Linney (“The Big C”, “LOVE ACTUALLY”) as Chief Rebecca Vincent, Brian Tee (“JURASSIC WORLD”) as Shredder, WWE World Heavy Weight Champion Stephen “Sheamus” Farrelly as Rocksteady and Gary Anthony Williams (“THE INTERNSHIP”) as Bebop.

We’ve been talking about the on screen adaptation for Robert Kirkman’s comic Outcast, for a while now. We’ve seen plenty of stills, and even a NYCC teaser. But now we get to lay our eyes on the season one teaser. Check it out below!

OUTCAST is based on the Skybound/Image comic title by creator Robert Kirkman and artist Paul Azaceta, and produced for CINEMAX by FOX International Studios (FIS). OUTCAST follows Kyle Barnes (Patrick Fugit), a young man who has been plagued by demonic possession all his life. Now, with the help of the Reverend Anderson (Philip Glenister), a preacher with personal demons of his own, Kyle embarks on a journey to find answers and regain the normal life he lost.
Outcast hits TV June 3rd!

The fourth release in the Doom franchise is right around the corner, and the folks over at Id Software are really putting the hype train into full steam.

Their latest offering is this slick “live action” trailer. I say “live action” in quotes, because it’s really just an actor in power armor running around a green screen, BUT GOD DAMN if it doesn’t get me excited!

DOOM hits store shelves May 13th on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Briefly: Following the first trailer for Jon Favreau’s The Jungle Book from back in January, Disney has just released a series of incredible promotional images for the film, which show off the stunning characters alongside their respective voice actors.

Directed by Jon Favreau (“Iron Man”), based on Rudyard Kipling’s timeless stories and inspired by Disney’s classic animated film, “The Jungle Book” is an all-new live-action epic adventure about Mowgli (newcomer Neel Sethi), a man-cub who’s been raised by a family of wolves. But Mowgli finds he is no longer welcome in the jungle when fearsome tiger Shere Khan (voice of Idris Elba), who bears the scars of Man, promises to eliminate what he sees as a threat.

Urged to abandon the only home he’s ever known, Mowgli embarks on a captivating journey of self-discovery, guided by panther-turned-stern mentor Bagheera (voice of Ben Kingsley), and the free-spirited bear Baloo (voice of Bill Murray). Along the way, Mowgli encounters jungle creatures who don’t exactly have his best interests at heart, including Kaa (voice of Scarlett Johansson), a python whose seductive voice and gaze hypnotizes the man-cub, and the smooth-talking King Louie (voice of Christopher Walken), who tries to coerce Mowgli into giving up the secret to the elusive and deadly red flower: fire.

The all-star cast also includes Lupita Nyong’o as the voice of the fiercely protective mother wolf Raksha, and Giancarlo Esposito as the voice of wolf pack’s alpha male Akela. “The Jungle Book” seamlessly blends live-action with photorealistic CGI animals and environments, using up-to-the-minute technology and storytelling techniques to immerse audiences in an enchanting and lush world.

Briefly: Following last month’s final trailer for the anticipated film, Warner Bros. has just debuted another, extended TV spot for this week’s Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

The spot features (somehow) more new footage, and really drives home the fact that these two want to (but won’t) tear each other apart.

In the film, “fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs.  And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.”

It’s a new season of Selina Meyers and her merry band of White House staffers. And Jonah.

After last season’s question of ‘Who won the election?’ the answer is: No One. “It’s a tied election.” As President Meyers so eloquently points out in the season’s trailer.

The new season will introduce a new mission for Selina. It has to be something her opponent wouldn’t do, like driving sober, or using the facilities without getting a hernia. The president has to look presidential, and usually that means knowing what medal an olympic team has won and not rubbing it in that they didn’t win first place, but third. She covers it up, or you know, not, in the Selina Meyer fashion.

Jonah is back. He’s like Herpes. Or a mrsa infection. Regardless of what disease Jonah equates himself to, no one is getting rid of Jonah Ryan. Selina is dating? Sleeping with John Slattery, yet she’s not going to be ‘that’ kind of President.

Points on the President’s schedule she’s going to have to deal with on this season of Veep? Chinese hackers. A massive drop in the stock market which leads them to potentially being Greece…”The country not the musical.” Last but not least, the bank bailouts, which according to the President is like having a man decide what part of his male anatomy he wants gone first. And according to Ben Cafferty, played by Kevin Dunn, he “could lose them both. I mean at this stage, they’re just purely decorative.”

Take a look the trailer for the new season. Season 5 premieres on April 24, 10:30pm, on HBO.

As the Ace Attorney series drifted back towards a focus on Phoenix in the fifth entry in the popular text adventure series, it was only a matter of time before his friends started filtering back in as well. This felt even more inevitable when it was confirmed that the upcoming sequel, Ace Attorney 6, would heavily focus on spirit channeling, allowing the Wright Anything Agency to relive the final moments of the victim’s lives. If you were expecting to see the return of the famed Fey family, then you were right! Phoenix’s old assistant from the original trilogy, Maya Fey, will make her comeback in the upcoming sequel.

Despite making recent appearances in a wide variety of spinoffs, including Professor Layton Vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace AttorneyUltimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, and most recently, Project X Zone 2, the noodle burger loving head of the Fey family hasn’t had an appearance in the main series since Trials and Tribulations back in 2007. With Phoenix firmly taking center stage in the fifth game, it was strange not to have an appearance from someone so close to him considering the violent events that took place throughout the story. Apparently this time around, the call of spirit channeling was too much for Ms. Fey to ignore, showing that her penchant for assisting Nick during trials, (and almost becoming a victim herself,) is still in effect.

That’s not to say Apollo and Athena will be ignored. On the contrary, the two proteges are left to defend the agency in Japan while Phoenix is dealing with his problems in Kurain Country. Does this mean that the two will finally get to stand on their own and outside of Phoenix’s shadow? As a big fan of Apollo and wanting to see his story that started in the fourth game resolved, I can’t object to that!

Check out the trailer below and see Ms. Fey in all of her non-aging glory. Wait… shouldn’t she be 27-ish in this game? Why does she still look like a teenager!? Ehm… anyway, let us know your thoughts, and be sure to check back with us as more information surfaces on a Western release date.

Briefly: Yes!

Sure, that Civil War featurette that ET debuted this morning was pretty cool, but this is wayway better.

First of all, it’s an entirely new, far more dramatic trailer for Captain America: Civil War. The video features a ton of new footage, and seems starkly (ha) more dramatic than the first trailer for the anticipated film.

I already like it more than I liked Age of Ultron.

Oh, and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man shows up.

Yeah, I’ll shut up now. Watch the trailer below, and be sure to let us know how excited you are. Captain America: Civil War hits theatres on May 6th!

Briefly: With just a couple of months to go until Captain America: Civil War finally hits theatres, ET has just debuted a fantastic new featurette for the film detailing some of Civil War‘s spectacular stunts.

And also the incredible chemistry of Chris Evans and Anthony Mackie.

Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.

Take a look at the featurette below, and let us know what you think! Captain America: Civil War hits theatres on May 6th!

Briefly: Not again…

Based on last week’s gorgeous new trailer, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is coming together very nicely.

It’s just too bad that… yep, again, we’ll be waiting just a little longer to play it.

Uncharted 4 has been pushed once again, this time from its April 26th release date to May 10th.

Sony notes that this time around it has nothing to do with the game itself, but that “In an effort to meet the considerable worldwide demand, and to ensure that all gamers worldwide have the opportunity to play the game on day one, we have chosen to postpone the launch of the game by two weeks to allow for extra manufacturing time.”

They also say that they’re very sorry.

In any case, who’s excited to play Uncharted 4 one day?

Briefly: Just two. more. months.

Naughty Dog has just debuted a brand-new story trailer for April’s Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.

It’s a fantastic look at the game, and Naughty Dog director Neil Druckmann even said that it’s the “best trailer in Naughty Dog history.”

That’s high praise.

The trailer offers a fantastic new look at a game that we cannot wait to get our dirty paws on, and shows off a lot of Uncharted 4 elements that we haven’t seen yet.

In the game, “Several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter Nathan Drake is forced back into the world of thieves. With the stakes much more personal, Drake embarks on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a historical conspiracy behind a fabled pirate treasure. His greatest adventure will test his physical limits, his resolve, and ultimately what he’s willing to sacrifice to save the ones he loves.”

A Thief’s End (finally) hits PS4 on April 26th. Who’s excited?

Briefly: Now that Deadpool has come and gone (well, it’s still very much here, based on its continued box office performance), all eyes have now fallen onto the second gigantic super hero flick of 2016, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

We already know that the film, which is now just over a month away, is set to be (definitely) long, (probably) too busy, and (likely) a damned good time, but some fresh news states that the home video release of Dawn of Justice will feature a we-wouldn’t-have-guessed-it ‘R’ rating.

Nope, it’s not going over-the-top ‘R’ (or how-the-hell-is-this-14A-in-Canada) like this month’s Deadpool, noting that the film is ‘Rated R for sequences of violence’.

Whether Snyder and company were deliberately shooting for this rating, or simply riding on the coattails of Deadpool at this point is uncertain, but in any case, color me interested to see just how this version differs from the Dawn of Justice that we’ll be seeing next month.

Are you looking forward to the film? How would you feel about the ‘R’ rated home edition? Sound out below!

Briefly: We couldn’t be more excited for Captain America’s next adventure (well, along with most of the Avengers and a slew of new characters as well), and following that gorgeous Super Bowl spot from just a couple of weeks back, Empire has just debuted a few slick new images from the film, including our first look at Frank Grillo’s Crossbones.

Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. Naturally, each of the four brother’s gets a dedicated poster, and while we’d have loved to see one for Arrow star Stephen Amell’s Casey Jones as well, these images are actually pretty damned cool.

Take a look at the four images below, and be sure to let us know if you’re looking forward to the film! We’re also interested in hearing what you thought of that controversial first film!

Briefly: Yesterday gave us our best look at Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice yet via the film’s final trailer, and today Warner Bros. debuted three slick new promo photos for the anticipated feature.

Two of the images feature… well, Batman v. Superman, while the third image features a somber-looking Bruce standing atop some rubble.

Briefly: Quantum Break is the reason that I bought an Xbox One (well, that I bought an Xbox One for the second time).

Remedy Entertainment’s previous endeavor, Alan Wake, was one of my favourite titles of last-generation, and as such it would be impossible for me to ignore such a striking, unique-looking title.

Today, Microsoft debuted a brand-new, awesome trailer for the title, and also revealed some other exciting Quantum Break news. First up, trailer time:

https://youtu.be/d4or8YE-6P4

Yeah, we know. It looks cool as hell.

Well, the Quantum Break package just got better. Every copy of Quantum Break for Xbox One will come with a full-game download for Alan Wake for Xbox 360, plus its two add-on packs, The Signal and The Writer. Better yet, pre-order the title, and you’ll also get a copy of Alan Wake: American Nightmare.

Microsoft has also revealed that the game will launch on Windows 10 day and date with the Xbox One version of the title. The company notes that they want customers to “play the games they want with the people they want on the devices they want,” so pre-ordering the title will also net you a free Windows 10 version of the anticipated title.

Of course, for those of you that haven’t yet jumped on the Xbox One bandwagon, Microsoft will be offering a new Xbox One bundle,  featuring a 500GB Cirrus White console and matching wireless controller, a full-game download of Quantum Break and a full-game download of Alan Wake accompanied by The Signal and The Writer add-on packs.

Quantum Break aims to offer an extremely “unique experience; one part hard-hitting video game, one part thrilling live action show, featuring a stellar cast, including Shawn Ashmore (“X-Men”) as the hero Jack Joyce, Aidan Gillen (“Game of Thrones”) as his nemesis Paul Serene and Dominic Monaghan (“Lord of the Rings”) as Jack’s genius brother, William. Quantum Break is full of the vivid storytelling, rich characters and dramatic twists Remedy Entertainment are renowned for. Your choices in-game will affect the outcome of this fast-paced fusion between game and show giving the player a completely unique entertainment experience.”

Damn, I cannot wait to play this game. Are you looking forward to picking it up? Sound out below!

Briefly: Can you believe that it’s nearly here?

Yep, we’re just over one month away from the heavily anticipated release of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, and Warner Bros. has just released an intense final trailer for the upcoming feature.

This is probably the best look at the film we’ve seen thus far, and at this point I simply can’t wait to line-up on March 25th. Take a look at the trailer below, and let us know what you think!

Welcome to Earth!

The Super Bowl ad for Independence Day: Resurgence quickly shows that despite today being the day of the big game, the aliens aren’t playing this time around. Despite some key cast members missing in the sequel, the nostalgia when seeing the ships dog fighting through the air and the amazing special effects is off the charts, especially when returning characters such as Jeff Goldblum’s David Levinson hits the screen.

Coming to theaters on June 24th, nearly twenty years after the original Independence Day blew us away so long ago, this teaser footage has definitely caught our attention. But more importantly, what do you think? Check out the trailer for yourself below and share your thoughts with us in the comments!

As one of the many Super Bowl commercials that have graced our screens during the big game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Out Of The Shadows gave us glimpses of what’s in store for Leo, Mikey, Don and Raph, and I have to be honest; it’s looking pretty great!

As a follow up to the controversial 2014 film produced by Michael Bay, this upcoming film looks to introduce elements of the Turtles lore that haven’t been explored as deeply, (or at all,) across its many live action iterations. Seeing WWE Superstar, Sheamus, as Rocksteady pre-Rhino transformation, the return of Shredder, and the Turtle Van speeding through New York are sure to stand out as crowd pleasing moments, it’s Krang’s film debut that really stands out, with a great looking human suit to boot.

I’m someone who usually can’t stand Bay’s recent work, but seeing Krang in action, and knowing that Arrow star, Stephen Amell, will be playing the hockey mask wearing vigillante, Casey Jones, and my attention is starting to turn. Watch the trailer for yourself and let us know if you’re looking forward to the next installment in the Bay-verse Turtle series, and share your thoughts in the comments!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 will rise from the shadows on June 3rd.

During the Super Bowl (the annual event where fans across the country gather around their TV sets and watch all of the latest, greatest ways that companies can sell them products), a new teaser for Captain America: Civil War gave us some insight on what we can expect when Cap and Iron Man come to blows on May 6th.

The spot expands the details on the conflict between the former teammates over The Winter Soldier, and also features other prominent characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe such as Scarlet Witch, Falcon, Vision and Black Panther (YES!). The short teaser squeezes in as much action as they possibly can in less than a minute; so many explosions; so much awesome so many hashtags…

Check out the trailer below, then let us know what side you’ll be one when the film kicks off the Summer movie season. As always, make sure to check back with us as more news rolls in!

Briefly: With every new clip, TV spot, poster, and teaser released thus far, I’m getting excited as hell about the March release of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

A new, 90-second trailer for the film has just hit the web, and while it’s mostly footage that we’ve already seen, it’s a well edited look at the film that also features a few small surprises.

In the film, Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

You can take a look at the new trailer below, and be sure to let us know if you’re excited! Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theatres on March 25th!

We’re only a few weeks away until Pride and Prejudice and Zombies hits theaters, and we are so freaking hype we can’t stand it!

Yes, a movie with a title that sounds like a six year old reciting his Christmas list has gotten these geeks amped. The more I read and see about the film, the more I think this is a chocolate peanutbutter situation.

Check out the violent, and T&A filled trailer below! I am an ass and leg man, and this trailer has got plenty of both!

The only downside of this trailer for me, is the out of place nu-metal cover of These Boots Are Made For Walkin’.

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies hits theaters February 5th!
