Briefly: Following last month’s final trailer for the anticipated film, Warner Bros. has just debuted another, extended TV spot for this week’s Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

The spot features (somehow) more new footage, and really drives home the fact that these two want to (but won’t) tear each other apart.

In the film, “fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs.  And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.”

Briefly: Now that Deadpool has come and gone (well, it’s still very much here, based on its continued box office performance), all eyes have now fallen onto the second gigantic super hero flick of 2016, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

We already know that the film, which is now just over a month away, is set to be (definitely) long, (probably) too busy, and (likely) a damned good time, but some fresh news states that the home video release of Dawn of Justice will feature a we-wouldn’t-have-guessed-it ‘R’ rating.

Nope, it’s not going over-the-top ‘R’ (or how-the-hell-is-this-14A-in-Canada) like this month’s Deadpool, noting that the film is ‘Rated R for sequences of violence’.

Whether Snyder and company were deliberately shooting for this rating, or simply riding on the coattails of Deadpool at this point is uncertain, but in any case, color me interested to see just how this version differs from the Dawn of Justice that we’ll be seeing next month.

Are you looking forward to the film? How would you feel about the ‘R’ rated home edition? Sound out below!

Briefly: Yesterday gave us our best look at Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice yet via the film’s final trailer, and today Warner Bros. debuted three slick new promo photos for the anticipated feature.

Two of the images feature… well, Batman v. Superman, while the third image features a somber-looking Bruce standing atop some rubble.

Briefly: Can you believe that it’s nearly here?

Yep, we’re just over one month away from the heavily anticipated release of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, and Warner Bros. has just released an intense final trailer for the upcoming feature.

This is probably the best look at the film we’ve seen thus far, and at this point I simply can’t wait to line-up on March 25th. Take a look at the trailer below, and let us know what you think!

Briefly: While I haven’t yet had an opportunity to start the series myself, I’ve been hearing nothing but good things about USA’s recently launched, Sawyer Josh Holloway-starring sci-fi series Colony.

After following the trailers up to its launch, and the incredible promotion at last year’s San Diego Comic-Con, I’m excited to (eventually) check the series out, and even more excited that it won’t be a one-season affair.

Yep, USA has just announced that Colony has been renewed for a second season.

Only three episodes of the series have aired thus far, and that’s apparently enough, as Chris McCumber, President of USA Network notes that “Carlton and Ryan have successfully delivered a story that tests the strengths and weaknesses of a society in duress, and the bonds of a family divided. Colony’s performance across all platforms has been impressive, and we can’t wait to see where the story takes us.”

Have you been watching the series so far? What have you thought of the first three episodes? What do you want to see next? Be sure to sound out in the comments below!

Briefly: With every new clip, TV spot, poster, and teaser released thus far, I’m getting excited as hell about the March release of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

A new, 90-second trailer for the film has just hit the web, and while it’s mostly footage that we’ve already seen, it’s a well edited look at the film that also features a few small surprises.

In the film, Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

Briefly: Following the explosive new trailer from earlier this month, Warner Bros. has just debuted four new character posters for next year’s Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

There’s a new poster for Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman, with another one-sheet focusing on the trio. Aquaman and the other four thousand (hyperbole) characters that are set to debut in the film, however, are still nowhere to be seen.

You can take a look at each image below, and be sure to let us know if you’re looking forward to the feature. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theatres on March 25th!

Briefly: It’s been a long time since we’ve seen any new footage come out of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, and I’m beyond happy to say that the production’s long silence ended tonight with an awesome new, albeit brief look at the film during tonight’s episode of Gotham.

It’s crazy to think that we see a new teaser, trailer, TV spot, or image for something like Star Wars: The Force Awakens seemingly every single day, and yet Warner Bros., Zack Snyder, and company have done an incredible job keeping so much of Dawn of Justice a secret.

The video was announced in a Tweet promoting Gotham‘s just concluded mid-season finale, and even if you’re not a fan of Fox’s Gordon-focused prequel series, it was certainly worth the watch for the new teaser alone.

Damn this looks cool. Take a look at the new teaser below, and be sure to let us know just how much you’re looking forward to March 25th, when Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice finally hits theatres!

Briefly: Still feeling mixed about Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice? Even after that much better SDCC trailer? Really?

Well, maybe this new batch of stills from the latest issue of Empire Magazine will help.

The stills feature (naturally), both Superman and Batman, as well as Wonder Woman (in Diana mode). Supes definitely looks pissed in one of the shots, and we also get a great shot of Ben Affleck’s Bruce Wayne getting ready to suit-up.

You can take a look at the images below, and be sure to let us know if you’re excited for the upcoming film! Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theatres on March 25th, 2016!

At Comic Con 2015, Warner Bros. revealed their latest trailer for the upcoming spy thriller, The Man From U.N.C.L.E.

Based on the 1960s television show, the film stars Superman, (Henry Cavill,) the Lone Ranger, (Armie Hammer,) and Alicia Vikander play a team of international spies during the heart of the Cold War. While the American and Russian are constantly at each other’s throats, the team must come together to tackle a mission with the fate of more than just their warring countries at stake.

The latest trailer gives an extended look at what we can expect from the upcoming action flick. As you’d expect, the car chases and explosions are plentiful, all set within a throwback time period. But more importantly, what is it with Brittish actors playing Americans so well? Cavill manages to fool us again!

What say you on The Man From U.N.C.L.E.? Is it currently on your summer viewing schedule when it releases in August? Watch the trailer below, then tell us what you’re excited about!

So Batfleck might not be so bad!

During Comic Con, the latest trailer for the upcoming Superman sequel, Batman V. Superman: Dawn Of Justice, showed us more of what to expect from the growing DC cinematic universe. What that means is more Superman, more Batman, being able to see Wonder Woman in action, and a very un-bald Lex Luthor.

It’s clear that the U.S. Government felt the same as most Man of Steel viewers when it came to its final battle, placing sole blame on Superman for the near destruction of Metropolis. Perhaps a bigger enemy to have than Washington is the goddamn Batman, who is known for not taking personal loss too well. After one of Wayne Enterprises’ buildings, (and likely hundreds of employees), became collateral damage during the showdown with Zod, Bruce is making it his personal mission to take the Kryptonian threat down.

There are way too many references to go over for one article, but it’s clear from the trailer that the team is working VERY hard to bring this seasoned, grief stricken Batman to life, all while planting the seeds for many of the biggest DC storylines that helped us fall in love with them in the first place. The mythos run deep here! And by the way, let’s just take a minute to acknowledge how badass Wonder Woman looks in this!

What references can you spot after watching the trailer below? Had your opinion changed over Ben Affleck as Batman yet? And what do you think of the direction of the film? Personally, I went from not caring at all, to being on edge over how this will play out. Mission accomplished, right?

Batman V. Superman: Dawn Of Justice will release on March 25, 2016.

If you’ve ever attended San Diego Comic Con, or ANY kind of convention for that matter, then you’ll know how difficult it can be to get around. From the massive crowds, to the tedious crosswalks (Twilight fans don’t stop for red lights) it can get tiring. Well USA and Uber have teamed up to bring attendees of SDCC 2015 some pretty sweet rides featuring the new show, The Colony.

The COLONY “Transportation Domination” will provide Comic-Con attendees with complimentary rides using a fleet of hundreds of COLONY branded units including military vehicles and SUVs, bicycles from 23 DecoBike stations and pedicabs, beginning Thursday, July 9 and continuing through Saturday, July 11 from 10:00 AM –10:00 PM PT daily.  The massive squadron of custom-designed COLONY branded military vehicles and SUVs will be available for request via the Uber app by selecting the COLONY option.   Additionally, one lucky participant will win a ride with COLONY creators Carlton Cuse (“Lost,” “Bates Motel”) and Ryan Condal (“Hercules”).  Fans can enter by following @ColonyUSA on Twitter and using the hashtags #ColonySDCC and#UberColonySweeps.

On top of that, there will be a team of the shows Transit Authority enforcers roaming the Gaslamp District. If you’re around and see any of these red-hatted gentlemen snag a selfie with them and share it with the hashtag #RedhatRewards. You’ll get your hands on some free food from around the convention area. And free food is the next best thing, right after free transportation.
