We’re just a couple weeks away from Taken 2 and promotion is beginning to ramp up! 20th Century Fox today released a new clip for the upcoming action flick.

Taken 2 hits North America on October 5th: Liam Neeson returns as badass Bryan Mills, and much of the other cast will be reprising their roles as well.

Taken was a great and unexpected surprise in my opinion. I just hope the sequel offers a similar experience! Taken 2 comes from the same writers, Olivier Megaton (Transporter 3) however has taken the directors chair!

Check out the clip below, and let us know what you think!

We hope you’re looking forward to Sinister as much as we are!

The movie is being heralded as one of the scariest of the year, and from the look of this new red band trailer, Sinister certainly looks like it could be!

Sinister hits theatres on October 12th. It currently holds a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and from everything I’ve heard, it doesn’t seem like that will fall anytime soon!

Check out the trailer below, and read on further for some exciting news!

You’ve surely seen the posts these past few weeks about the special early showing of the film coming from MachinimaFlixist and Geekscape. The showing sold out very quickly, but we were able to charm our way into a larger venue. We hope you got your tickets however, as this larger venue is now 100% SOLD OUT!

Thanks for making the event such a success! It’s going to be awesome! We’ll see all of you on the 24th!

TGS is upon us, and so are some cool announcements!

Rumored since early summer, and leaked shortly after that, Sony has now made the new PS3 official!

Sony’s latest will come in 250Gb and 500Gb flavors (no word yet on expandability, a huge plus to the current slim). The new unit is also 20% slimmer than the current slim, as well as 25% lighter (for all the times you carry it around).

Looks like this new model loses the lovely slot loading drive however, and falls back to a more dated tray system. Overall though, the system looks great, and is sure to ease new gamers in with the announced bundles.

The new PS3 will hit shelves on September 25th.

From the press release:

In order to maintain the superior gaming experiences that you expect from us here at PlayStation, we are always looking for ways to change and evolve with your gaming behavior. You might remember the smaller models that we launched for PlayStation 2 and PSP (PlayStation Portable), and we know that many of you love the opportunity to add these streamlined models to your home. Additionally, as developers continue to release deep and rich digital gaming content, providing an option for larger HDD is essential, especially for games with large DLC packs, and full game downloads, as well as personal entertainment content. The biggest and best games live on PS3 this holiday season, and the new PS3 is the perfect way to play.

We are also excited to announce that the launch of this new PS3 model will include incredible additional value. The 250GB PS3 will be available on September 25th for $269.99 (MSRP) as part of a limited edition bundle featuring UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception: Game of the Year Edition and a voucher for more than $30 worth of bonus digital content for the highly acclaimed digital title, DUST 514. This bundle offers more than $70 in total combined value.

What do you think of the new unit? Time to add a PS3 to your gaming array?

Back in August we learned that Marvel’s top choice for the upcoming phase two title Guardians of the Galaxy was James Gunn (Super, Slither). Just last week Joss Whedon let everyone know what his thoughts were on the project and on Gunn’s ability to deliver, and now we get a word from the man himself!

James revealed on his FaceBook page that he is now clear to talk about it, and that he indeed will be directing (and rewriting) the project. Check out the full text from his post below, and let us know what you think!

For a month or so there’s been a lot of Internet speculation about my involvement with Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. Until now I haven’t said anything, because I’m trying to be less expulsive about this project than I am about the rest of my life. But last night I got the go-ahead from Kevin Feige to let you all know that, yes, indeed, I am rewriting and directing Guardians of the Galaxy. As a lifelong lover of Marvel comics, space epics, AND raccoons, this is the movie I’ve been waiting to make since I was nine years old. Kevin, Joss, and all the folks at Marvel have been amazing collaborators so far, and we’re committed to bringing you something majestic, beautiful, and unique. I am incredibly excited. I am also incredibly grateful to the fans and the press for all their words of encouragement and support regarding my involvement with this project since the news first leaked. Thanks – you have, honestly, touched and overwhelmed me. And that’s it for now. Other than the occasional photos of my dog and cat here on Facebook, I’ll talk to you again in August 2014 when Guardians is released!

Guild Wars 2 seems to be taking the world by storm. The much anticipated title launched just a few short weeks ago to rave reviews and much fanfare.

The title had its share of issues at launch, largely stemming from insane popularity that even ArenaNet couldn’t have anticipated. For a short time after launch, digital copies of the game were pulled to lessen the server load for current players.

The issues seem to be fixed, the game is a great time, and ArenaNet had a very cool (and unexpected) announcement today for Mac users.

The Guild Wars 2 client is now available for OS X (In beta form for now)! This opens the game up to millions of new users who haven’t ever been able to enter the world of Tyria. It also means that us BootCamp users will have one less reason to restart!

I’m currently downloading the beta, so I have no indication yet of how it runs, but I’ve heard plenty of good things!

Kudos to ArenaNet for thinking of us!

From the press release:

Today we’re happy to announce another major milestone in the development of Guild Wars 2: going forward, ArenaNet will also be supporting the game on Apple’s Mac OS X. The Mac Beta client is available immediately for all Guild Wars 2 players. It shares the same features and connects to the same live game servers as the PC client. Anyone who purchases Guild Wars 2 can now play it on both PC and Mac.

Bringing Guild Wars 2 to the Mac is huge for us, because it introduces the game to an entire group of players who are often ignored by game developers. The ability to play together with your friends is one of the underlying principles of Guild Wars 2, and providing a Mac client means that friends and guildmates can play together regardless of what operating system they favor.

On top of it all, ArenaNet staffers are big fans of Macs. We offer them as part of our employee laptop subsidy program, and our president Mike O’Brien is rarely seen without his Mac laptop. We’re as excited as anyone to play Guild Wars 2 on OS X.

I’m excited! Anyone else currently playing? What are your thoughts on the game?

This is amazing news for all the Manimal fans out there!

Not a fan? Never heard of it? Lets refresh your memorythe opening narration of each episode went as follows.

Dr Jonathan Chase… wealthy, young, handsome. A man with the brightest of futures. A man with the darkest of pasts. From Africa’s deepest recesses, to the rarefied peaks of Tibet, heir to his father’s legacy and the world’s darkest mysteries. Jonathan Chase, master of the secrets that divide man from animal, animal from man… Manimal!

Manimal was an adventure series from NBC about a shape-shifting man who fought crime. It lasted for 8 episodes during 1983, and was likely never thought about again. Until now!

THR has reported than Manimal may soon be hitting the silver screen. Sony Pictures Animation have picked up the rights, and are planning a CG/Live action hybrid based on the forgotten shape-shifter.

The creator of Manimal, Glen Larson is even involved, and will serve as producer on the film. Sony is currently looking for a writer for the project, so maybe it’s time to dust off that fan fiction!

Are you down with the Manimal? Or is Hollywood simply running out of things to remake?

A bunch of cool shots from the Toronto filming of Kick-Ass 2 have made their way online.  Here we get a great look at Hit Girl’s new gear, as well as another shot of Mother Russia! Still no look at Jim Carrey however!

I can’t wait for this one. I thought the first film was a great time, and certainly made me a fan of the books. I can only hope for more of the same here!

Thanks to ComicBookMovie for collecting these! Kick-Ass 2 is set to hit theatres on June 28, 2013.

Fan of the books? First film? What do you think of these shots?

RoboCop production hit Toronto today, and with the first day of filming in the big smoke comes a couple of cool set photos. We also get our first look at the redesigned suit!

RoboCop is set to release on August 9th, 2013. It features quite the cast, with the likes of Joel Kinnaman, Gary Oldman, Michal Keaton, Samuel Jackson, Clive Owen, and more involved.

What do you think of the suit? Looks a little Dark Knighty to me, but it will certainly be cool to see it in motion.

Source: Comingsoon

Looks like there have been a lot of leaks from this set! Earlier this week we showed you some set photos depicting a neat battle scene from the upcoming film. More set photos have made their way online thanks to ComicBookMovie.

Check them out below and let us know what you think!

This looks like quite a battle!

I can’t say I’ve ever seen MacGyver. The television series ran for 7 years (1985-1992), and ended when I was just 2 years old. This seems like big news for fans though!

Image Comics revealed today that the character is returning for his first new story in two decades. The mini-series is set to run for five issues and will be co-written by the characters creator Lee David Zlotoff.

Issue #1 will hit shelves on October 10th!

From the press release:

The series, co-written by Tony Lee (Doctor Who, Hope Falls) and drawn by Will Sliney (Farscape), with covers by Andie Tong (Superman, TRON),  picks up Mac’s story as he gets tangled in a web of industrial espionage and murder. On the run across the globe, Mac has to escape his pursuers—which won’t be easy with a million-dollar bounty on his head!

“I’ve been a fan of the TV show since I was a kid, and whenever I was asked what my dream project would be at conventions, only one name ever came up,” said Tony Lee. Some discussions and a meeting with his manager later, Lee was Skyping with MacGyver creator Zlotoff.

The more he thought about the medium of comics, the more the idea appealed to him, Zlotoff explained. “In the last decade or so, the graphic novel and comics arena has simply exploded in terms of both the kinds of stories that are being told and the range of artistic styles now being explored. So as I considered the constant call from fans around the world to bring MacGyver back, it struck me that the simplicity and directness of comics might be the perfect place to start.”

The result? A five-issue mini-series that ups the ante for the eponymous hero, taking him to far-off places and embroiling him in trouble that only MacGyver could escape.

“The biggest issue the TV show had was budget, and comics don’t have that problem,” said Tony Lee. “We have MacGyver traveling to African jungles, Cairo, even Moscow in a globe-trotting adventure that—short of a big budget feature film—could never have been done before in such scale and scope.”

In addition to a story full of thrills and twists, MACGYVER will contain the history of the television show’s creation in the issues’ backmatter, written by MACGYVER creator Lee David Zlotoff.

What do you think? Excited for more Macgyver?

A few days ago we showed you a teaser for the upcoming Lincoln trailer premiere.

That premiere just happened, and the trailer is now available for all to see!

Lincoln features an all star cast: names like Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tommy Lee Jones, Daniel Day-Lewis, Jackie Earle Haley, Sally Field, and many more. The film revolves around Lincolns last few months in office as he attempts to unravel a plan to end the war and abolish slavery.

Check it out below, and let us know what you think!

Lincoln hits theatres on November 16.

It sure has been a big day for Nintendo news!

Earlier today Nintendo revealed both the release date and price of the upcoming Wii U (miss the announcement? Jonathan sums it up here). We also gave you a look at some insane new features coming to Scribblenauts Unlimited, a launch window title for the console.

Nintendo has just uploaded a new trailer for New Super Mario Bros. U, the newest title in their old-school Mario platformer with a new-school feel series. The game looks fantastic, with beautiful, colorful graphics and animations and some fantastic (and often frustrating as hell) gameplay.

Don’t take our word for it! Check out the trailer below, and let us know what you think!

Summit Entertainment today released a creepy new poster for their upcoming horror Sinister.  The film is being called one of the scariest titles of the year, and from the look of the trailers so far, it certainly looks like it could be!

The official release date of the film has also fallen back slightly. Slated originally for October 5th, it will now hit on October 12th instead.

In LA and want to see it even earlier? We let you know a few weeks back MachinimaFlixist and Geekscape are hosting a screening of the film on September 24th. The screening sold out quickly, but we were lucky enough to arrange for a larger venue! At the time of this writing, 51 tickets are left, but they’re moving fast!

Scott Derricksonthe director of the film, and producer Jason Blum will be there, and will be having a Q&A after the show!

Interested? Get your tickets here, and check out the new poster below!

Last month we told you about A&E’s upcoming Psycho prequel drama, Bates Motel.

As we mentioned earlier, the series was greenlit right away, even before a pilot was produced.

A&E has just released a teaser poster for the project, which is set to premiere next year.

As you can see from the teaser poster, both Carlton Cuse (Lost), and Kerry Ehrin (Friday Night Lights) are serving as executive producers for the title.

Will you be checking into Bates Motel when it hits next year?

You remember 300 right? The 2006 ultra bloody, ultra stylized adaptation of the classic Frank Miller adaptation of the battle of Thermopylae? The film that really put Zack Snyder (now doing Man of Steel) on the map?

You probably also know that a prequel has been in the works for some time. It began production in 2008, shortly after the wild success of 300. Since then, we’ve had a change of director (Snyder left to do Man of Steel, replaced by Smart People’s Noam Murro), some plot changes, and now we get a title change too!

300: Battle of Artemisia has become 300: Rise of an Empire. This title change seems like a great fit; the new title gives you a much better idea that the film is a prequel. We’ll be seeing just how Xerces gets his God-King status here, and as the title now describes, just how his empire came to be.

What do you think of the title? Are you a 300 fan?

Yesterday we showed you the official poster for the upcoming Universal Soldier sequel. Magnet Releasing today released a trailer to go along with it!

Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning sees Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren back in their classic series roles. Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think! If The Expendibles 2 showed us anything, it’s that JCVD can still move!

Day of Reckoning hits theatres on November 30th, and VOD October 25th.

It looks like V/H/S, an awesome horror anthology that we reviewed back in August is ramping up for its theatrical release on October 5. The film is currently available on demand from Magnet Releasing and is definitely worth checking out if you’re a horror fan!

A few very neat pieces of art have surfaced as promotion for the film in conjunction with Dread Central and EW. The first coming from Tony Moore of The Walking Dead fame.

Tony Moore

Jason Latour (Scalped) provides another, this one has a cool anaglyph 3D look (in fitting with the VHS theme and 80’s style posters)

Latour VHS

This is a fantastic promotion. I’d love to get my hands on a few of these. There are still  more to come too!

Again, V/H/S hits theatres on October 5th, but you should support Magnet in their VOD innovation by checking it out right now!

Looks like the Wii U, long known to be due this holiday season, is finally getting an official release date!

Nintendo announced on their official Japanese twitter account that an announcement is forthcoming. Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime released this video shortly afterwards, inviting us to check out the North American pricing and release date at 10AM eastern.

I’m really looking forward to this! I’m a sucker for new Nintendo consoles (though I foolishly purchased a Vita instead of a 3DS, what a mistake), and I can’t wait to hear what I’ll be shelling out for this one (hopefully something similar to the Wii’s original pricing!).

Wreck-It Ralph hits theatres on November 2, and I couldn’t be more excited for it! It looks hilarious, obviously even more so if you’re a gamer. There’s some hilarious moments here in the trailer, hopefully the full feature can keep them coming!

Unfamiliar with the title? Disney’s synopsis has this to say about it:

Wreck-It Ralph (voice of Reilly) longs to be as beloved as his game’s perfect Good Guy, Fix-It Felix (voice of McBrayer). Problem is, nobody loves a Bad Guy. But they do love heroes… so when a modern, first-person shooter game arrives featuring tough-as-nails Sergeant Calhoun (voice of Lynch), Ralph sees it as his ticket to heroism and happiness. He sneaks into the game with a simple plan — win a medal — but soon wrecks everything, and accidentally unleashes a deadly enemy that threatens every game in the arcade. Ralph’s only hope? Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Silverman), a young troublemaking “glitch” from a candy-coated cart racing game who might just be the one to teach Ralph what it means to be a Good Guy. But will he realize he is good enough to become a hero before it’s “Game Over” for the entire arcade?

Magnet Releasing has just revealed the official poster for Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning via their official FaceBook page.

The new soldier title features series veterans Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren reprising their roles as Luc Deveraux and Andrew Scott. The Plot synopsis is as follows:

John (Adkins, The Expendables 2) wakes up from a coma to discover his wife and daughter were slaughtered in a brutal home invasion. Haunted by images of the attack, he vows to kill the man responsible, Luc Deveraux (Van Damme). While John tries to piece his reality back together, things get more complicated when he is pursued by a relentless UniSol (Arlovski). As John gets closer to Deveraux and the rouge army of genetically enhanced warriors led by back-from-the-dead leader Andrew Scott (Lundgren), John discovers more about himself and begins to call into question everything he believed to be true.

Looking forward to this one? I’m sure Jon is!

Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning hits theatres on November 30 and on demand October 25 (I love that Magnet does this). Check out the trailer here.

This is some dedication right here.

Little Big Planet 2 has seen some impressive stuff since its release in January 2011: from a Pac-Man remake, Portal adaptation, plenty of FPS renditions, full on RPG titles, and many more. This has to be the most impressive labor of love I’ve seen however.

Jamie Colliver, Final-Fantasy fiend has taken six months of his life and recreated Final Fantasy VII in Little Big Planet 2. Not a level, not a piece or a chapter, but the entire freaking game. From the bombing mission that opens the classic title to the shocking death of Aerith, and even your final battle with Sephiroth: every bit of dialogue, every piece of music. It’s the whole experience.

Embedded below are a couple of Jamie’s videos. You can find even more on his YouTube channel. Thanks to PSU for letting us know about this one.

We’re fast approaching the release of The Dark Knight Returns: Part One: Warner Brothers Animation’s adaptation of the iconic Frank Miller book.

We first showed you a clip all the way back in August. It looks like a new clip has found its way online. Check it out below! Haven’t read it in awhile? The synopsis has this to say about the title:

It’s been a decade since Bruce Wayne hung up his cape, following most of the other superheroes who had been forced into retirement. Facing the downside of middle age, a restless Bruce Wayne pacifies his frustration with race cars and liquor – but the bat still beckons as he watches his city fall prey to gangs of barbaric criminals known as The Mutants.

The return of Harvey Dent as Two-Face finally prompts Wayne to once again don the Dark Knight’s cowl, and his dramatic capture of the villain returns him to crime-fighting – simultaneously making him the target of law enforcement and the new hope for a desolate Gotham City. Particularly inspired is a teenage girl named Carrie, who adopts the persona of Robin and ultimately saves Batman from a brutal attack by the Mutant leader. Armed with a new sidekick, and re-energized with a definitive purpose, the Dark Knight returns to protect Gotham from foes new…and old.

Looking forward to this one?

Lionsgate announced today that the sequel to this years mega-hit The Hunger Games has now entered production.

Filming started in Atlanta today and is expecting to run until December. Francis Lawrence (Water For Elephants, I Am Legend, Constantine) is in the director’s chair, replacing Gary Ross from the first film.

From the press release:

THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE will be released worldwide on November 22, 2013, and stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Lenny Kravitz, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Jeffrey Wright, with Stanley Tucci and Donald Sutherland.

Said Lionsgate’s President of Production Eric Feig, who is overseeing the production on behalf of the studio, “We are so excited to be embarking on this adventure with Francis Lawrence, who has already exhibited immense creative vision and resourcefulness in casting the film and planning its look and feel. The stakes are raised in every way in this second story, and we are thrilled to get the production underway in these perfect locations, with our excellent returning cast and some world class actors in new roles.”

Looks like most of the cast from the first film is unsurprisingly returning, and we’ll see some new faces as well. The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is set for release on November 22, 2013.

I’ve yet to see the first film, but have heard excellent things about it (conversely I’ve also heard it’s essentially a less violent Battle Royale). Did you like it? Are you looking forward to a sequel?

This is some exciting stuff.

Since its inception, Y: The Last Man has been atop my list of must read and favorite titles. Brian K Vaughan’s beautifully woven, intensely realistic tale of the last man on Earth is brilliant. I’ve passed the paperbacks on to countless people, who each too have fallen in love with it, and I find myself going back to it at least once a year. The haunting last few issues still resonate with me like few other books can.

For almost as long as the title has existed, a film adaptation has been in the works. The project jumped around from pre-production to shelved and back over the years until it looked as though it was coming from DJ Caruso (Disturbia, Eagle Eye, I Am Number Four), with Shia Labeouf set to play main character Yorick.

Thankfully (in my opinion) this never happened, and the project was shelved again. Little news was heard again about the project until now. Vulture has reported that Y: The Last Man is now one of New Line Cinema’s top priorities. The studio was apparently impressed with a draft from former Jericho scribes Matthew Federman and Stephen Scaia, and is now in search for a director.

Who would you like to see directing? Who do you want to see as Yorick? I used to think Ryan Reynolds or Anton Yelchin would be great for the role, though they may have aged out of it at this point. In any case, I’m excited!

Yorick

MTV Geek reported today that while series 7 of Doctor Who only premiered two weeks ago, the first episodes will be hitting your shelves very soon!

BBC America lists the DVD release date as November 13, 2012.

The disc will contain the first five episodes of the season, as well as a few special features! Not a ton of content, but with the preorder price set at $19.98, it isn’t too big a hit on your wallet!

I haven’t seen the show myself, but if this seasons synopsis is any indication, some crazy stuff is sure to go down:

Daleks? Dinosaurs on a spaceship? Interstellar cowboys? The longawaited, much talked-about seventh series features five episodes and a wild array of new thrills—and dangers. While the eleventh Doctor (Matt Smith) continues his time-travelling adventures, it’s the final farewell for Amy (Karen Gillen) and Rory (Arthur Darvill).

Ever hear of Plants Vs. Zombies? It’s an insanely fun and crazily addicting tower-defense title from PopCap Games.

It first released a few years ago, and since has hit almost every device under the sun (iOS, Android, PC, Mac, Consoles, and even some televisions).

PopCap and the American Dental Association are running a pretty cool promo this halloween. Head to the dentist and you’ll get some cool PvZ trading cards, and head to http://www.stopzombiemouth.com/ to get a code for a free Mac/PC copy of the game (redeemable after October 30)!

The price won’t get any better, and the game is addicting as ever. Check out the trailer below, and head to the site for your free copy!

Lincoln is set to be a pretty huge title when it releases this November. With Speilberg at the helm, and absolutely all star cast, and not a vampire in sight, I’m hearing a lot of whispering that we’re going to get an Oscar with this one.

The film has some huge names attached, such as Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tommy Lee Jones, Daniel Day-Lewis, Jackie Earle Haley, Sally Field, and more. The film revolves around Lincolns last few months in office as he tries to unravel a plan to end the war and abolish slavery.

Lincoln is set to release on November 16th. The full trailer will premiere this Thursday, but here’s a short look at it courtesy of Google Play.

AMC has just released a new video promoting season 3 of The Walking Dead.

It’s a pretty neat tour of the creepy prison that is to become a main setpiece for season 3 of the popular drama, and features Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman.

This is a follow up to last week’s poster release, featuring the tagline “Fight the Dead, Fear the Living”

Season 3 of The Walking Dead premieres on October 14.

What do you think of the video? Looking forward to the upcoming season?

You remember Iron Sky right? Never heard of it or need a refresher? Take a look at the trailer below before reading further.

Iron Sky is a film about an invasion of Earth – by nazis from space. The film released in July to much excitement (from many members of the general public anyways, as the film currently holds 39% on Rotten Tomatoes).

Polish developer Reality Pump (Two Worlds series) is in charge of this one. An official website for the game appeared online a few days ago, and had this to say about the title:

“Iron Sky: Invasion” is a space fighter simulator, calling to mind such classics as the legendary… You-Know-Which series – further enhanced with strategy and RPG elements. The core of the gameplay is based on ship-to-ship dogfights, combined with assaults on giant spaceships (such as the Siegfried-Class Zeppelins), as well as tactical thinking and resource management.

The game is set in outer space, where the players must defend the Earth from the invasion of the Moon Nazis. The players control spaceships to freely roam the space and attack Nazi vessels; various weapons and equipment are at their disposal, from laser cannons and missiles to handy drones and satellites which can be launched from certain ships. The vessels are also equipped with military countermeasures, to protect them from enemy fire.

The players can access a tactical map of outer space to spot the positions of Nazi forces or any ongoing battles, and thus instantly know where to fly. The ultimate goal is to destroy the secret Nazi base hidden on the Dark Side of the Moon and to keep the Earth safe from the invading spacecraft.

Being based on the cult movie, the “Iron Sky: Invasion” comes with a touch of politics as well: various nations will offer unique missions, yet to accept or refuse them is up to the player. Some missions tempt the players with special rewards, such as precious upgrades or even brand new ships.

The players can dock at an allied space station to recharge weapons, purchase upgrades or even switch ships. Almost all spaceships that appear in the film can be controlled in game (except for the largest one), including the South-Korean scout ship “Zerg”, the Australian bomber “Dundee”, or the UK fighter “Spitfire”. The availability of some will depend on the completion of certain missions.

The ships’ sub-systems can be further upgrade in the hangar: for example, upgrading the offensive systems will increase the number of weapons and boost their power, while an engine upgrade will improve the ship’s speed and range of interception. Upgrades require special resources, which can be scavenged from destroyed enemy units or found in outer space.

Iron Sky: Invasion is set to launch on November 30th for PC/Mac, PS3, and Xbox 360.

Will you be picking this one up? It’s sure an interesting take on a flight sim! What did you think of the movie?
