We enjoyed Splatoon quite a bit when it rolled around during E3 week. Nintendo’s foray into the squad based shooter genre literally made it squid based, with a main objective that focuses on painting the environment with your team’s color rather than racking up frags. But even though the multiplayer was nice, details were non-existent when it came to the possibility of a single player mode. Would it follow suit with games like Titanfall and be an online only affair, or would equal attention be placed in the solo couch experience that Nintendo is known for? Well, loners like myself can rejoice, because the latest trailer points to the latter!

Based on the short amount of footage shown, it will be an all out war between the squids and the octopi, (octopuses?) for control of the world these colorful characters inhabit. One noticeable change from the demo was the inclusion of a paint roller, allowing the gunners to cover large amounts of ground while they run, which is a welcomed addition when I think back on how tedious it could get to paint the floor in front of you. Overall, it’s apparent that the project is coming along nicely, and has the potential to change the way we look at the shooter genre. If nothing else, it will definitely give us a nice break from the dark, gory, faux-testosterone fueled titles we’re used to seeing in these types of games.

Are you a believer yet? Keep an eye out for more details as we inch closer to that second quarter 2015 release date, and make sure to watch the trailer for yourself!

Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth, was a one of the best surprises of the year, with us going as far as saying that it was one of the best RPGs in years. I mean, what better way to appeal to gamers than to make a game about the console wars framed within a anime-esque magical girl banner? It’s as absurd, (and entertaining), as it sounds.

Which is why we were thrilled to learn a few months back that the second game would also be coming to the West for the Vita! Re;Birth 2, a rebuilt version of the PS3’s Hyperdimension Neptunia mk.2, shines the spotlight on the sisters of the first game’s CPUs, each of which represent handhelds like the DS and PSP. Idea Factory is promising new characters, scenarios and surprises for both new and old, with returning favorites such as IF and Compa, as they fight to rescue the four goddesses of the original.

Have no clue what I’m talking about? Check out the latest batch of screenshots, showing off the colorful characters, world and battles that fill the world of Gamindustri. Hopefully this will make the wait for early 2015 a little more bearable. Nah, who am I kidding. I want it now!

Briefly: We’re just two weeks into Gotham‘s first season, and following two polarizing episodes and a new trailer showing off what we can expect to see this season, and now Fox has treated us to not one, but two new featurettes for the popular series.

One video digs into both the young, popular music loving Bruce Wayne and his stern butler and guardian Alfred, while the other gets us up close and personal with a young Selina Ky… er, sorry, Cat.

I’m feeling pretty mixed on Gotham so far. It’s had a few moments that I’ve loved, a bunch that I’ve hated, and some downright gorgeous cinematography. Let’s just hope that as the series progresses it pulls an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and goes from okay/mediocre to downright stellar.

Take a look at the featurettes below, and let us know what you think!

A new trailer for Gotham has dropped today, so come get your fix, you scum of these streets.

Let’s get one thing out of the way: This is a very good trailer for Gotham. Now for everything else: I don’t quite get the purpose. We are week two into the first season of Gotham, and yet here is another trailer that’s supposed to hype us for the rest of the season. Shouldn’t the two episodes we’ve had already aired do that already?

Regardless, it’s a very good trailer if only because it disproves a lot of concerns that at least I had about Gotham: that it would give us the shitbillionth look at Batman’s rogues gallery. Instead, Gotham is shaping up to be what it should be, a sprawling city full of monsters, and having the first season populated by rogue gallery benchwarmers sets us up for the all-stars to come out later. For example we get a clean look at Victor Zsasz, who has been in a bunch of Batman media but is still not a household name.

We have a bunch of movies, animated series, video games, not to mention COMIC BOOKS, that it’s hard to get excited seeing a villain like The Riddler again. I honestly do not care about figuring out who could be The Joker. I don’t need an origin story for everything, and I don’t need to see guys like Joker or Penguin for the dozenth time. So I really hope Gotham gives us dudes who have gotten even less exposure than the Scarecrow (who, by the way, was criminally underutilized by Christopher Nolan).

I’ll go on a long rant about what is inherently wrong with the Gotham TV show soon and I’m sure I’ll do a follow-up, an end-of-the-season retrospective about how wrong or right I was, but for now just enjoy the trailer if you really can’t wait until next week for more Gotham. You’re like the junkies that put money in the pockets of these criminal scum.

Briefly: I wasn’t overly impressed with the first trailer for Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg’s The Inverview, but today’s full-length, theatrical preview takes us much deeper into the film’s overarching plot, and definitely raises my excitement for the feature.

The video shows us exactly why Rogen and Franco are interviewing Kim Jong-Un, and also why they’re trying to assassinate him. The trailer garnered plenty of laughs and ‘oh crap’ moments from me, and now I can’t wait to get in line. The Rogen/Goldberg duo that’s so hot right now is also taking care of the ‘Console Wars’ adaptation, which I’m looking forward to even more after spending some time with author Blake Harris at SDCC this year.

In any case, take a look at the new trailer below, and be sure to let us know what you think! The Interview will hit theatres on December 25th!

Dave Skylark (James Franco) is king of the celebrity interview and host of the hit night time talk show “Skylark Tonight.” The brain behind Dave’s empire is his producer and best friend, Aaron Rapoport (Seth Rogen). Unfulfilled, Aaron yearns to do meaningful work. He scores the chance of a lifetime when he secures an interview for Dave with Kim Jong-Un, the mysterious and ruthless dictator of a nuclear-armed North Korea. As Dave and Aaron prepare to leave for North Korea, they are approached by the CIA and asked to assassinate Kim. They accept the mission, becoming two of the least qualified men ever to assassinate—or interview—the most dangerous man on Earth.

Briefly: I was a big fan of the weird-as-hell horror anthology The ABCs of Death when it premiered early last year. The film was an entirely original, extremely memorable romp through every letter of the alphabet, and was absolutely chock full of laughs, scares, and WTF moments.

I was extremely excited when Magnet announced that a sequel was in the works, and that 26 new directors would be putting their own unique spin on each letter of the English alphabet. Today, Magnet released the red-band trailer for the film, giving us a phenomenal taste of the horrors we’re in for early next month.

Want to know who’s taking part? Here’s the list of directors this time around:

Alejandro Brugués
Bill Plympton
Chris Nash
Dennison Ramalho
Erik Matti
Evan Katz
Hajime Ohata
Jen and Sylvia Soska
Jerome Sable
Jim Hosking
Juan Martinez Moreno
Julian Barratt
Julian Gilbey
Julien Bustillo and Alexandre Maury
Kristina Buozyte and Bruno Samper
Lancelot Imasuen
Larry Fessenden
Marvin Kren
Robert Boocheck
Robert Morgan
Rodney Ascher
Soichi Umezawa
Steven Kostanski
Todd Rohal
Vincenzo Natali

And here’s the trailer:

The film will be available On Demand on October 2nd, and in theatres October 31st.

ABC’s OF DEATH 2 is the follow-up to the most ambitious anthology film ever conceived with productions spanning from Nigeria to UK to Brazil and everywhere in between. It features segments directed by over two dozen of the world’s leading talents in contemporary genre film. The film is comprised of twenty-six individual chapters, each helmed by a different director assigned a letter of the alphabet. The directors were then given free rein in choosing a word to create a story involving death.

Provocative, shocking, funny and at times confrontational, ABC’s OF DEATH 2 is another global celebration of next generation genre film making.

Until now, there’s been a general divide between Disney and Marvel since the two entertainment giants become one. With the upcoming film release of Big Hero 6 however, this will mark the first true collaboration between the two entities, with Disney making a full on animated film that’s inspired by a relatively unknown Marvel property. Naturally, we knew that there would be some form of representation in the upcoming Marvel focused game, Disney Infinity 2.0.

That representation comes in the form of Hiro and Baymax, who show off some of their abilities in their reveal trailer below. With Hiro’s ability to attack with the earth below him, and Baymax pulling his weight with long range energy blasts, the two characters look like they’ll fit right into the action packed potential of the Toy Box. Even more interesting, are the shots of Hiro riding on his robotic companion. Is that an ability unique to them, or will all larger characters be able to carry smaller ones? Oh, what I wouldn’t give to watch Hulk give Captain America a piggyback ride.

As far as we can tell, everything looks on track to make these two into welcomed addition to the cast. Let’s just hope they don’t turn out like the Frozen characters in the first game, where they ended up as bare bones additions that lacked many of their personality traits from the film. That’s what happens when video game characters are developed before the source material is released.

From what you’ve seen, does it look like Hiro and Baymax will be added to your collection? Disney Infinity 2.0 is set for September 23rd, with the Big Hero Six figures releasing sometime in the fall.

We reported over the last few months on the reveal of two DLC characters that are coming to Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, the sadistic detective, Adachi, and the mysterious tsundere poet, Marie. Though we’ve seen various screenshots, we finally have our chance to see them in action.

Adachi uses Magatsu Izanagi to fuel his insane need for destruction. From the trailer, it’s clear that it will be used in a completely different way compared to Yu’s standard Izanagi. With Marie, her weather effects help her manipulate the field, allowing her to do damage with her giant bag, not to mention her Persona, Izanami. But is there more to her relationship with her Persona as meets the eye?

Both Marie and Adachi will be available as free DLC for the first week, starting on September 30th. Two free characters are a hard thing to come by these days, so any fighting fans or Atlus enthusiasts should jump on the deal. Until then, check out the trailer and let us know if you’re planning on picking the game up!

I shouldn’t have to remind you but my social media feeds say otherwise. As we reported earlier, Jonathan Liebesman’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles did gangbusters at the box office, about $65 million, so plans for a sequel have already started. And it could be your fault.

There were a lot of groans about the film’s success. There was the usual hyperbolic speak about losing faith in Hollywood (you shouldn’t have faith there to begin with), and film snobs I’m friends with/follow mourned the death of cinema. It’s a bit of an overstatement and people need to relax a little, but it’s easy to see why they’re screaming fire at smoke. A 19% on Rotten Tomatoes is ugly, and knowing what kind of film Ninja Turtles is — a big, noisy reimagining of a children’s cartoon* from two decades ago — one would be inclined to believe that, yeah, maybe people are stupid after all. Let’s just give up. Stop everything. Art is dead (relax, it’s not).

The issue here is that people saw this coming, and they still went to see it.

I don’t blame you if you genuinely love the turtles. Maybe there is a big enough of a fandom that will spend $65 million to see the movie, but I doubt that. Do I have enough friends? Because I’ve met people from all fandoms and I have never met a genuine Ninja Turtles fan, and I have been to Power Rangers conventions. From what I gathered from friends, acquaintances, and total strangers on the internet,  it seems a chunk of that $65 million came from people who just wanted to be right about how they saw this trainwreck coming. And if that was you, fuck you, this is your fault.

You have no right to complain about how bad Ninja Turtles was if you willingly bought a ticket knowing it isn’t the kind of film you want. You vote with your dollar, and you just voted for the bad guy. You helped the system. You proved them right. They don’t care about a Rotten Tomatoes score or your Twitter status. They have your money and they’re going to do it again.

I don’t know how good or awful (probably awful) Ninja Turtles is. This weekend, I chose to see old friends from high school at a graduation barbecue. I didn’t see any movies. I will watch it one day, I’m sure. On a Sunday afternoon on FX, perhaps. I don’t want to trash something before I experience it, because that is just as terrible. But if you’re aware of the culture’s climate, you know what you’re getting into. I know what I’m getting into, and I’ll behave accordingly.

If you don’t want movies like Ninja Turtles, then don’t go see them. I’ve seen you complaining and it’s dumb that you are. Next time a movie like this waltzes into theaters, I hope I don’t have to write something like this again.

*=I’m well aware of the original Ninja Turtles books from Eastman and Laird, but we know that isn’t what the movie was cashing in on at all.

Briefly: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hasn’t even made it through its first weekend at this point, but according to Deadline, Paramount has just confirmed that a sequel is in the works.

As much as I hated on the new turtles film back when the character designs and the first trailers arrived, I’m hearing from countless comic book and TMNT fans that the film is a lot of fun (albeit a bit messy). I didn’t get a chance to head to the theatre this weekend, but I’m now looking forward to watching the film sometime next week.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles screenwriters Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec will return for the sequel, as will producer Michael Bay. It’s unknown at this point, however, whether director Jonathan Liebsman will return for the feature.

The as-yet-untitled sequel will hit theatres on June 3th, 2016.

Did you catch Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles this weekend? What did you think? Are you down with a sequel? Sound out below!

Over the last few weeks, we’ve reproted the announcement and reveal trailer for Marie, the mysterious Velvet Room inhabitant who debuted in Persona 4 Golden on the Vita. At that point, she was only confirmed for the Japanese release, but the good folks at Atlus USA have revealed that not only will she be coming to the West, but that she will be free of charge during the first week of release!

Using her limitless bag of stuff, weather control, and her Persona, Kaguya, Marie is shaping up to be another varied fighter in a cast full of unique combatants. Like the previously announced Adachi, she will be available for purchase after the free download period ends. When including the Teddy bag and Tarrot Cards, that’s a whole lot of free stuff to be throwing at early adopters. If you were on the fence about picking this up, Marie is making that decision a whole lot easier.

Check out the latest batch of screenshots and her official U.S. trailer below. Still unsure if Ultimax is right for you? Click on over to our E3 preview to get a better idea of what to expect, and let us know if you’re planning on picking up the latest chapter of the Persona series.

Persona 4 Ultimax is set for a fall release.

A few days ago, we reported that Marie, the new character added into Persona 4 Golden, was coming to Persona 4 Ultimax by way of paid DLC. But aside from a few screenshots, details were still thin on how she would actually fight. Well, that’s now changed, courtesy of a new trailer from Atlus Japan, proving how dangerous a person’s purse can really be.

Using a combination of physical attacks with her bag, her powerful Persona and a variety of elemental effects, (that may or may not be tied to the weather symbol next to her super meter), and it appears like Marie will fit right in considering she never fought in the game she debuted in.

Oh, and her Instant Kill attack shows off the power she’s REALLY hiding, but you might want to cover your eyes if you haven’t finished her path in Golden. For everyone else, seeing it in action brings back some fond memories. If nothing else, it’s sure to boost their chances of paying up when she becomes available for download.
Persona 4 Arena Ultimax will hit the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 on September 30th.

Following up on the success of the lastest Dragon Ball Z movie, Battle Of Gods, (of which you can check our thoughts on the film here), a new movie in the popular anime franchise has been confirmed for 2015’s Golden Week in Japan.

Little is known about the project, but like the last film, series creator, Akira Toriyama, will be directly involved with the development of the project. The only other details that have emerged are from the recently revealed teaser trailer and innitial reveal from V-Jump Magazine, which hinted at a much darker film this time around:

Now, despair begins

In addition, the text in the trailer reads:

There’s someone I want you to revive

Now, let the speculation begin! Has someone stronger that Beerus and Whis appeared? And who do you think is being revived? Considering the end of Battle Of Gods opened up limitless possibilities for the future of the franchise, literally anything can happen, which is what makes this so exciting! Let’s just hope it’s not Broly again. I’m sick of that guy.

Fresh off the heels of another Persona related announcement, here comes Ultimax with a batch of new videos that show three of its newcomers in action.

First, Persona 4’s Rise Kujikawa has abandoned her damsel in distress role in the original Persona 4 Arena in favor of doing the ass kicking all on her own. Usually known for her support role in the core games, her teaser video shows off her ability to inflict status effects, her long range, Persona based attacks, and her idol experience leading her to dance all over her opponent’s face.

Second, Yukari suits up in her Feather Pink Phoenix Ranger costume to blow the opposition away. Largely using ranged attacks with her bow, combined with her lightning fast speed, and her wind based Persona that can push or pull opponents depending on her need, and you have a formidable fighter on your hands.

And lastly, Junpei steps up to the plate with his unique baseball based fighting style. His bat gives him better physical range than most of the characters on the roster, building up towards a huge power boost with every successful swing he lands. And don’t worry, based on the animated portion of the trailer, he’s just as bit as much of a clueless dope than he was in Persona 3. Yet, that’s why we love him.

Interested in jumping into Persona 4 Arena Ultimax? Check out our E3 hands on preview, and don’t forget to snag your first print, which includes a Teddy bag, a half set of tarrot cards, and Adachi DLC which will be free for one week? What are you waiting for?

Ultimax arrives on September 30th.

Briefly: Luc Besson always puts together some fantastic films. Even if they aren’t always critically successful (I’m looking at you Hitman), at the end of the day he can direct, write and produce some very enjoyable films.

We’re eagerly awaiting Lucy’s release on July 25th (just a few more days away). Lucy is an action-thriller that tracks a woman accidentally caught in a dark deal who turns the tables on her captors and transforms into a merciless warrior evolved beyond human logic.

Because we’re so excited for the film, we jumped at the opportunity to offer fans an awesome Lucy giveaway. One lucky individual will receive a $50 prepaid Visa, plusLucy t-shirt and hat.

Briefly: Back in March we showed you the freaky first teaser for Into the Storm, a new found footage disaster flick that’s hitting theatres this August. Today, Village Roadshow Pictures released the theatrical trailer for the film, which shows off found footage (mixed in with classic cinematography) and digs a little deeper into the film’s plot.

I’m not sure how this one will turn out, but it certainly looks like a fun way to spend a couple of hours this August. Into the Storm boasts a pretty stellar cast too, including Richard Armitage (The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug), Sarah Wayne Callies (The Walking Dead), Matt Walsh (Ted), Alycia Debnam-Carey (Where the Devil Hides), and more.

Take a look at the new trailer below, and let us know what you think. Into the Storm hits theatres on August 8th.

In the span of a single day, the town of Silverton is ravaged by an unprecedented onslaught of tornadoes. The entire town is at the mercy of the erratic and deadly cyclones, even as storm trackers predict the worst is yet to come. Most people seek shelter, while others run towards the vortex, testing how far a storm chaser will go for that once-in-a-lifetime shot.

Told through the eyes and lenses of professional storm chasers, thrill-seeking amateurs, and courageous townspeople, “Into the Storm” throws you directly into the eye of the storm to experience Mother Nature at her most extreme.

Briefly: This movie’s going to make a ton of money… But I don’t think it’ll be getting any of mine.

A new trailer for the Michael Bay produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has just hit the web, and it fills me with even more dread than the first trailer did. It’s got a little of everything that many of these 80’s reboots tend to offer, including bad  performances, underwhelming CGI, who-the-hell-approved this character redesigns, and way too much dubstep.

After hating on Days of Future Past‘s Quicksilver, who then went on to steal the film, I try to reserve judgement on these projects until I actually see them, but that’s really hard to do this time. It just looks awful.

In any case, you’ve been warned. Take a look at the trailer below if you dare, and let us know what you think. Shrek 5 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hits theatres on August 8th.

We saw the teaser trailer, now we can see what the next generation of Mortal Kombat has in store for us.

Shown during Sony’s E3 press conference, Morkal Kombat X, (as in “ex”, not 10, because we don’t want to date ourselves here), was put on display in full force, and watching it shows that as the series has evolved into a respectible fighting game in its own right, it’s still the king of over the top violence in a wave of increasingly gory games.

Showing both Sub Zero and Scorpion as well as two new characters, (one of which is a two in one fighter consisting of a smaller person riding on top of a monster about the size of Kintaro), the combo system and fighting mechanics look similar to both the last game and Netherrealm’s DC fighter, Injustice, but with a few new tricks for the faithful. Watching this new character bounce back and forth between these two person combos or seeing Sub Zero throw his unused ice clone at Scorpion was a blast to watch. Just imagine how much fun it can be once it actually releases.

And the fatalities… My lord, the fatalities! If the return of the X-Ray attacks weren’t enough for you, (which somehow manage to look ten times more cringeworthy than they did the first time around), then the new ways you can finish the fight take it to a whole ‘nother level. I didn’t think an MK game could still make me squirm after so many years, but after watching those chests explode, bodies get ripped apart and the detail of the opponents gasping for their last breath found a way to make it happen.

Just… just check out the trailer below. You just HAVE to see MKX for yourself and let us know which fatality was your favorite from the ones shown.

Sailor Moon fans have a lot to be excited about considering that we’re about a month away from the broadcast debut of Sailor Moon Crystal, the reboot of the classic anime series. Hoping to make that wait a little easier, (or harder if you’re going crazy with anticipation like I am), the first trailer for the upcoming show has hit the Internet. And man, is it glorious!

Hearing Usagi’s voice set to new footage for the first time in years was more incredible than I ever thought it would be, so kudos to the casting directors for bringing back the same seiryu that voiced her all those years ago. As suspected from the teaser images, the animation draws much more from the sharper, thinner characters of the manga compared to the round, cutesy style of the original anime. And while Sailor Moon was the only one we saw in action, the inner senshi look absolutely incredible… Except for Venus. I’m afraid of those beads… Now we wait on Tuxedo Mask!

Watch the trailer below, and I DARE you not to cheer when you hear “Tsuki ni kawatte oshioki yo!” at the end. So much nostalgia. Too many feels…

Sailor Moon Crystal premiers on July 5th.

Briefly: If you’ve written off the Brett Ratner directed, Dwayne Johnson starring Hercules up to this point, you should definitely give it another chance. The second trailer for the film has just hit the web, and it’s even cooler than the first!

The Rock looks great, the creatures look great, and we can’t wait to see more.

Take a look at the trailer below, and let us know what you think. Hercules stars Dwayne Johnson, Ian McShane, Rufus Sewell, Joseph Fiennes, Peter Mullan, John Hurt, Rebecca Ferguson, Ingrid Bolso Berdal, Aksel Hennie, and Reece Ritchie, and hits theatres on July 25th.

The BBC Just uploaded this hyper quick teaser trailer for the next season of their hit show Doctor Who. The trailer shows Peter Capaldi silhouetted inside the TARDIS, with the newest news that he will be hitting screens this August!

This season marks the Twelfth iteration of The Doctor as Matt Smith transforms into Peter Capaldi. I, much like a lot of geeks, am very excited to see what direction Capaldi take the role of The Doctor. I got bored of Smiths portrayal after his first season and never bothered to watch any of the others. You could also blame me not returning due to Moffats bland writing, he just followed the same damn formula over and over.

It’s also going to be interesting to see how the fandom reacts to a much OLDER Doctor.

Catch it all in August! We are VERY excited!

Watch Dogs is nearly here. With only 5 more days to go before we jump into the shoes of Aiden Pearce and hack all the things, Ubisoft gives us one last look with the launch trailer released today.

Besides the quotes from some websites I never heard of, the trailer has that movie-esque vibe with some decent backing music. Let’s hope that all the hype Ubisoft has been dishing out all these months is worth the wait when Watch Dogs is released on May 27, 2014 for pretty much everything except the WiiU. Nintendo will have to wait until later on in 2014 for their version.

Hoenn confirmed!

Last week, Nintendo officially announced Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, the long speculated remakes of the Game Boy Advance originals. However, aside from the confirmation and worldwide release date, nothing else was said about the 3DS titles.

Sensing our thirst for more, Nintendo has released a trailer showing off the cover legendaries, Groudon and Kyogre… but not much else.

Well… it’s better than nothing, right? Either way, it looks like forthcoming information is going to be a slow burn until its November release date. Either that, or they’re saving the big news for the upcoming E3 Expo. Still, it makes you wonder why we haven’t seen 3D Hoenn yet, but if history is any indicator, there are sure to be some surprises in store for Pokemon trainers around the world when the release date finally hits.

If anything is announced in the coming weeks, you can count on Geekscape to bring you all the incoming details as they’re released.

We’re no strangers to (love) Insomniac Games. They are responsible for some of the greatest adventure games out there. Does Spyro or Ratch and Clank ring a bell? Well it looks like they’ve pushed the limit again with Sunset Overdrive, because I just watched this gameplay trailer and bout busted out my credit card right here.

I still cannot wrap my head around how fucking good this looks. I am really happy that we are finally starting to see true “next gen” games coming out. That respawn system looks hilarious.

The only downside, for me personally, is that this is an Xbox One exclusive.

No specific release date has been announced, save a vague “2014”.

For more info and some beautiful hi res pics, be sure to hit up the official website.

Briefly: MTV has just debuted a new red band trailer for A Million Ways To Die In The West.

It’s probably one of the most NSFW trailers that I’ve ever seen, and it’s absolutely hilarious. Seriously.

A Million Ways To Die In The West stars Seth MacFarlane (who also directed, produced, and co-wrote the film), Charlize Theron, Liam Neeson, Amanda Seyfried, Giovanni Ribisi, Sarah Silverman and Neil Patrick Harris. Take a look at the trailer below, and let us know what you think! The film hits theatres on May 30th!

Seth MacFarlane directs, produces, co-writes and plays the role of the cowardly
sheep farmer Albert in A Million Ways to Die in the West. After Albert backs out
of a gunfight, his fickle girlfriend leaves him for another man. When a mysterious
and beautiful woman rides into town, she helps him find his courage and they begin
to fall in love. But when her husband, a notorious outlaw, arrives seeking revenge,
the farmer must put his newfound courage to the test.

Briefly: A slighty different Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles trailer has just hit the web. It still has a severe lack of both pizza and cowabuna’s, but this time around, it shows off all four turtles (and gives us a quick glimpse at William Fichner’s Shredder).

Take a look at the new trailer, and let us know if you’re still severely disappointed in the way that the turtles look. Admit it, when he takes that mast off, he kind of looks like Shrek… a lot.

Also, someone took it upon themselves to improve the look of the turtles. Here’s what could have been:

In any case, here’s that trailer. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hits theatres on August 8th.

Still a year away from a US release, Monster Hunter 4 is poised to be another slam dunk for Capcom. Expanding on the monumental success of Monster Hunter 3 G/Ultimate on the 3DS, 4 just goes bigger and badder. Check out the newest trailer BELOW!

HOT DAMN IS THAT EXCITING! New monsters, weapons and allies make this game look like it’s going to be action packed as all get out. I spotted a giant enemy crab!

Monster Hunter 4 is already out in Japan and Korea, but you can get your hands on an English copy early next year!

Briefly: Following the film’s first trailer from just a couple of weeks back, IGN has just debuted the first TV spot for Paramount’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The spot clocks in at just 30 seconds long, but it gives us our first look at Splinter (from the back, anyways), and we can also see what looks to be William Fichtner’s Shredder standing in the background.

In any case, take a look at the spot below, and let us know what you think. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hits theatres on August 8th.

Briefly: The first trailer for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles dropped a couple of weeks back to (understandably) mixed reception. Today, Paramount debuted four new teaser posters for the August release, focussing on their weapons and colours rather than their… lips.

Take a look at the new posters below, and let us know what you think. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hits theatres on August 8th.

We’ve always known that Spider-Man’s most important battle has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man. But in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker finds that a greater conflict lies ahead.

It’s great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp.
