Briefly: It’s finally here!

Yep, Jurassic World was a damned fun movie, but we’re almost more excited for Lego Jurassic World. The game is now available for PS Vita, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360. Xbox One, Wii U, 3DS, and Steam, and it looks like an absolute blast.

Following the epic storylines of Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park III, as well as the newly-released Jurassic World, LEGO Jurassic World is the first video game in which players will be able to relive and experience all four “Jurassic” films. Reimagined in LEGO form and told in TT Games’ signature classic LEGO humor, the thrilling adventure recreates unforgettable scenes and action sequences from the films, allowing fans to play through key moments and giving them the opportunity to fully explore the expansive grounds of Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna.

In the game, players will be able to collect precious amber, which contains dinosaur DNA to create and customize species. And, for the first time in a LEGO game, players will be able to play as LEGO dinosaurs, including dinosaurs from the “Jurassic Park” series and from the upcoming Jurassic World film. Populate and explore Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna by putting your unique dinosaur creations in to paddocks as you complete special Free Play missions.

Hopefully playing through The Lost World and Jurassic Park III is a better experience than watching them was! Take a look at the launch trailer below, and let us know what you think!

Briefly: All of us here at Geekscape are beyond excited for this Summer’s Jurassic World, but the sure-to-be-blockbuster is also getting a licensed game that we can’t wait to get our hands on.

It’s called Lego Jurassic World, and like many of Traveller’s Tales Lego titles, it’ll span the entire franchise of films… even Jurassic Park 3.

A new trailer for the game, which is slated to hit PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and Windows alongside the film this June, has just hit the web, and it’s filled to the brim with that classic Traveller’s Tales humour.

Take a look at the trailer below, and be sure to let us know if you’re looking forward to the title, and don’t forget your thoughts on Jurassic World!

Briefly: We’re still trying to 100% Lego Marvel Super Heroes, and now Traveller’s Tales has revealed the next game in the Lego Batman series.

It’s called Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, and it takes the caped crusader far beyond the borders of the city… and into space. The game has Batman and over 150 other DC characters taking on the likes of Brainiac and the Legion of Doom.

The trailer is hilarious, showing off a brooding Bats, and a Superman that just won’t shut up. Take a look at the video below, and let us know if you’ll be picking this one up. Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham hits Xbox One, Xbox 360 PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS and Windows PC this Fall!

Briefly: Lego Marvel Super Heroes has been out for some time now, and along with the game being absolutely excellent (Travellers Tales’ best Lego title by far), it also boasts an extremely epic roster of over 300 Marvel characters.

If 300 characters weren’t quite enough for you, the developer is getting ready to launch a few more. To celebrate, here’s a new, Thor centric trailer for the title, emphasizing some of the new Asgardian characters that are about to join the fight.

Take a look at the trailer below, and let us know how much you’re enjoying the game (even though we already know that it’s a lot).

Briefly: The first trailer for Traveller’s Tales’ Lego The Hobbit has just debuted online.

The game, which was revealed late last month, takes “players of all ages on an unforgettable interactive journey through the first two films in The Hobbit Trilogy, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug.”

According to Traveller’s Tales’, “Players will follow Bilbo Baggins as he is recruited by the Wizard Gandalf to aid Thorin Oakenshield and his Company of Dwarves. Bilbo leaves the comforts of the Shire on a journey through Middle-earth to help the Dwarves reclaim their lost Kingdom of Erebor within the Lonely Mountain. Along the way, he is introduced to ravenous Trolls, dangerous Orcs and, of course, Gollum and his precious Ring. Players will utilize and combine the Dwarves’ unique abilities — often with hilarious results — to solve the most diverse Quests of any LEGO videogame to date.”

All of the Lego titles in the past have been an absolute blast, and I can’t wait to see how Middle Earth turns out. The announcement does leave a few questions unanswered however. First, is there a second game on its way to complete the story? And second, how does a Lego man wear a ring?

Take a look at the first trailer below, and let us know what you think! Lego The Hobbit will launch on PS Vita, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, 3DS, and Windows sometime in 2014!

They will also be able to mine for gems, discover loot from enemies, and craft powerful magical items or build immense new LEGO structures.

Briefly: Is there a Lego The Hobbit game incoming?

First of all, I sure as hell hope so; the Lego games are all fantastic (especially the just-released Lego Marvel Super Heroes), and a new title set in The Hobbit universe would be no different. Secondly, it looks bloody likely unless this leaked ad turns out to be fake.

Brickset member “sidersdd” posted the following photos, found on the back of the instructions of the 2014 The Hobbit sets.

We won’t know if it’s real until the sets officially release, but until then, bask in the leaked ad below, and let us know if you’re excited! We’ll be sure to let you know if this one goes official!

Traveller’s Tales has just released a short new trailer for the game, featuring none other than Stan Lee himself. I didn’t think I could be any more excited for the title, but seeing Stan swinging around simple makes me want the even more.

Seriously, this game looks awesome. All of the previous Lego titles have been an absolute blast, but throw Traveller’s Tales tried-and-true style, humour, and gameplay into a title that spans the entire Marvel universe, and we could have the very best Lego game yet.
