Briefly: This was just too funny not to share.

Jimmy Kimmel and HitRecordTV today released the FULL video of Joseph Gordon-Levitt performing a remake or the classic YouTube video, David After Dentist.

The video is hilarious enough, but it’s the description that really takes it to the next level:

For our annual After the Oscars special, we took famous YouTube videos and made big-budget Hollywood films out of them. One of them was “David After Dentist,” starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt as David. Most actors would have shown up, buzzed through the lines and be done with it. But Joseph memorized the entire David After Dentist video – for no reason. We didn’t ask him to and most of it wasn’t in the script. This was shot without any assistance from cue cards, he wasn’t watching along with the video to get the timing right, and somehow he managed to duplicate the video of this kid coming home from the dentist perfectly.

Take a look at the video below, and let us know just how hilarious it was.

And here’s the original in case you’ve forgotten… it did come out five years ago, after all:

Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, he debuted the trailer for the upcoming film that tells the REAL story of how Osama Bin Laden was killed. No scientifically impossible stealth helicopters, no drone strikes and no burials at sea. Just a bulletproof man from the hood.

Fifty Cent is one of my personal heroes. He is an all around great guy, puts out some good tunes and has a great sense of humor. One of my favorite video games of all time is his Xbox 360 “Blood on the Sand” (Original title was Piece in the East) where he and his G-Unit go after a diamond encrusted skull that was stolen from him after a concert in Iraq. He is one of those great entertainers that can sit back and poke fun at himself.

After last year’s Oscar’s, Jimmy Kimmel released a hilarious, star studded film spoof titled Movie: The Movie.

Today he released the sequel. Thankfully, this year’s offering is just as awesome, and features arguably even bigger stars than last year’s Movie. Tonight’s release is called Movie: The Movie: 2V, and casts (get ready) Rachel Weisz, Armie Hammer, Topher Grace, Jessica Chastain, Jude Law, Gerard Butler, Bryan Cranston, John Krasinski, Oprah Winfrey, Bradley Cooper, Kerry Washington, Guillermo Rodriguez, Jason Schwartzman, Chris Rock, Salma Hayek, Bruno Mars, Amanda Seyfried, Channing Tatum, Samuel L. Jackson, Wolf Blitzer, and even Matt Damon… that’s a huge list!

Watch Movie: The Movie: 2V below, and let us know what you think!

Last night Joseph Gordon-Levitt appeared on Jimmy Kimmel’s talk show and the actor discussed the ending of The Dark Knight Rises. This included him discussing if he has any interest in returning for a sequel…if that somehow ever happened. If you haven’t seen the movie by now you probably shouldn’t be reading this or watching the video below. Just saying.

As Jimmy Kimmel has continually proved, his talk show is one of the most bizarre and interesting late night experiences. This is a man who did full episodes dressed (and acting) like Jay Leno and Conan O’Brien. Most recently he had Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem as musical guests to promote the newly released DVD/Blu-Ray of The Muppets. Joining everything’s favorite felt funk rock group is Travis Barker (drummer of about 10 bands but mostly known for his work with Blink 182). Barker and Electric Teeth Drummer Animal break into a pretty fantastic drum battle in the middle of their hit 1979 song “Can You Picture That?”
