This week on the show we get a little dark and discuss The Beatles infamous White album through Charles Manson’s crazy interruptions. We do our best to avoid discussing the crimes of Manson and instead only focus on how he twisted the lyrics of songs like Helter Skelter, Blackbird and Rocky Raccoon to make his cult do many awful crimes.

With The Batman coming to theaters this week we decided to check out the Batman: The Animated Series episode “Christmas With the Joker”.

Unfortunately Matt recorded over his end of the conversation and we had to rely solely on Dylan’s mic so this is a shorter episode with not the best audio but it’s still quite funny!

Wheatus bassist Matthew Milligan makes his third appearance on the show this week. Instead of going the usual route of discussing an artist he loves, he changed it up by choosing a band that he was unsure about. The Vines were once considered “the saviors of rock n’ roll” by some publications, but in a strange turn of events, at least one of these outlets later apologized for the delivering the crown so flippantly. Producer Matt is back in the teacher role to educate us on one of the founding members of National Lampoon; Doug Kinney. Doug took the Harvard Lampoon and transformed it into the National Lampoon.
