The Next ‘Splatoon’ Splatfest Theme Is. . . .Spongebob?

Today, Nintendo announced the new theme for this month’s splatfest, and the result may just surprise you. Turns out, this month’s splatfest will be based off. . . . .Spongebob Squarepants?!? That’s right, all of those miiverse joke posts are now paying off. Who do you prefer more: Spongebob or Patrick?
