‘The Last Guardian’ Director ‘Terribly Sorry’ For Delay

Briefly: In a just-published interview with Edge Magazine, Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, and The Last Guardian director Fumito Ueda talks about The Last Guardian, and what he’s been up to for the last eight years.

You’ll have to subscribe to Edge to read the whole interview, but in the excerpt that the magazine provide, Ueda states that:

more than anything I feel terribly sorry that for various reasons I have kept my audience waiting for such a long time.

Ueda also mentions that his creative input on the game is long over, and that the details of when, where, and how the game will be completed are out of his control.

I sure hope that completion comes sooner rather than later!
