Geekscape Tech Review: Sennheiser PC 373D Headphones

Today we’re reviewing another pair of gaming headphones. These are the PC 373D from Sennheiser. This is a German company known for producing different kinds of headphones and headsets for a variety of needs- including DJing, sports, aviation, and even assistive listening headphones for the hearing impaired.

The PC 373D has 7.1 Surround Sound, made specifically for the PC gamers. These headphones are not versatile in their use for other things, as it is a USB-only headset, but if you are really into PC gaming and want a great experience and don’t mind the pricetag, then these headphones are probably up your alley.

Sennheiser seems really excited about this product, and what they rave about is the transducer, which lends itself to high-end open acoustic gaming sound in each earcup. These headphones are equipped with an equalizer offering four settings that enables the user to customize the sound.

The earcups are velvet lined, as well as the headband. The user of these headphones will enjoy much comfort with the quality of sound.

The microphone is another great feature. Very high-end and noise-canceling, made to filter out that pesky background noise. Muting is as simple as lifting the mic up, and you can bring it back down again when you want to talk.

You should be able to purchase the PC 373D on the Sennheiser site for $249.95.
