Geekscape Tech Review: Mighty Mug

Okay, some of you might have realized that I tend to review a lot of items that look alike, like those JVC earbuds that I reviewed the other day. Today, I am hapy to say is pretty original and solves a lot of problems, the Mighty Mug.

What is the Mighty Mug?

Perhaps that question that you should ask yourself is: What isn’t the Mighty Mug? I’m sure that you have all spilled something because you just bumped it with your elbow, or something, but the Mighty Mug can be bumped and not get knocked over.

The way it works is that there is some kind of suction cup on the bottom that really sucks up to the table top or whatever put it on. I have tried to bump it, and sometimes it won’t knock over even if I am deliberately trying to knock it down.

Best of all, it is a flip off cap so you have a sealed top. Oh, it is also car cup friendly too.

Are there problems with the Mighty Mug?

I used the Mighty Mug on my desk, which is one of those particle board ones with that sticker of wood on top. Yeah, it sucks, I know. It didn’t work as well.

You will note that I will not hold that against the Mighty Mug, as my desk is crappy, what can I say?

The Price of the Mighty Mug

Believe it or not, you can get this for $19.99. I don’t know how this compares to a regular commuter mug, but honestly, can you tip over a regular commuter cup? Of course you can! You need to go here to get a Mighty Mug.
