Logan's Run 3.5/5 So I finally thought it might be time to watch Logan's Run. After watching it I have to say, that i like it, it has not aged well, but it's still a generally interesting, fun and thought-provoking mid-70's sci-fi. The opening "renewel" sequence is interesting, fun, bizarre and dark all at once, there are points however where the film runs a little long. If you are a sci-fi geek though, this is most certainly a must-see |

Funny you should mention Logans Run - I'm planning on a Logans Run / Silent Running / Wall·E triple bill weekender one of these weeks - this has kinda spured me on to make that happen sooner rather than later. |

Cop Out - 80's Cop movie homage. But clearly set in today where the main characters do not fit. Morgan's comedic style is definitely an acquired taste, Willis is funny at times but he seems more angry now. Good toilet humor, definitely worth watching for shits and giggles. |

I recently watched Psycho again for film class. I wish I would have saw this in a theater so I could catch the glimpse of all the confused looks people must have had when what the audience thought was the main character died in the middle of the film. I'm sure the identity of the main character can be argued. Either way, Psycho will always be a classic. |

Spread - 2 out of 5 I guess since I am not gay or a girl I wasn't into watching Ashton Kutcher screw women all movie. Anne Heche was very sexy though so it was worth it for that. |

Honestly, I don't really remember what I didn't like about it, it's been seven or eight years since I last saw it, in a high school psych class no less. |

Disaster Movie .5/5 I really need to point out that my review is in fact a POINT 5 out of 5 as in less than 1... I don't want people to see that rating and think that I gave this movie a perfect score... anyway. I have been continuing my attempt at watching all 100 of IMDb's bottom 100... so far, this one might be the most painful (I've been slightly cheating because if there's a MST3K version of the movies, I get those instead of the original lol). I've sat through a few of these movies (never paying money in the theater, always borrowing someone's copy or netflixing) and while I thought that the best ones were Scary Movie 3 and Not Another Teen Movie. Even Date Movie wasn't terrible. I thought Epic Movie was the worst of the worst but god-bless them... they proved me wrong again. There was only one thing that made me laugh and it might have been the only thing that wasn't supposed to be an extremely hilarious joke... but the movie centers around a guy trying to save his asian ex-girlfriend Amy (ala cloverfield) and at one point when he calls her phone she answers "is this JoJo?"... needless to say thoughts of the cherrybomx3 I'm sorry video popped into my brain. |

Shutter Island... 5/5: Even if you've been spoiled about this movie. It's still very good. |

Prom Night (2008) 1/5 The original Prom Night was a very mediocre slasher film, it's one that I own on principal of being a horror fan but I very rarely put it on to watch (I actually enjoy the sequel Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night 2 much much more). This "remake" is a remake in name only and nothing else, and they still didn't make it very entertaining or good or believable or well written or... well anything. You know it's a bad movie when the only compliment you can give is that is LOOKED nice. |

Steaming Netflix: Year One - 3 out of 5. This was like watching a brand new Mel Brooks film. Really enjoyed it. Laughed, cried (not really), it became a part of me. Second Skin – 4 out of 5. Documentary about gamers on online lifestyles. Really good. Well made, but sad. I’m not sure if the people in the film were typical of gamers, but they came off as really pathetic. Are they that sad? House of a 1000 Corpses - 4 out of 5. They just don’t make love stories like this anymore. Haven’t seen it since it was in the theater, and as the song goes, I fell in love all over again. DOCTOR SATAN!!!!! |

Zombieland 7/10 aight for late afternoon lunch time viewing. District 9 9/10 using a pig as a projectile weapon is pretty much one of the greatest things i've seen in a movie. |

Alice in Wonderland 2/5: Visually it looked good but was poorly paced. Dialogue was rather weak and lacked any humor. Also who ever the girl was that played the White Queen was horrible. |
